I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to for this one. Because of lockdown , we have all had to compromise with our own dumbells and barbells. One of the most annoying and tideous things for me personally were having to screw and unscrew every time I was adjusting the weights.Before buying this product I was anxious because I have a threaded bar (it screws on the end to hold the weights), but I can safely say the product does work on a threaded bar.I was annoyed because of having to unscrew and screw both sides and the screw loosening itself. I can safely say this product definitely holds the weight and grips firmly , very easy to undo. It’s not the smoothest when sliding in and out but I rather it be tighter than loose and the weights dropping. It has some black foam grip thing on the inside. I hope this product lasts and the insides don’t lose its grip. I only received them today so i can’t talk about the longevity but I can say they’re an essential purchase, very easy to use and convenient and makes life easier.

Easy to use, love the design and colour as they stand out in my packed gym bag, and so much faster with putting together my deadlift barbell set up now I don't have to go searching around the gym for clips! (If you know, you know).Couldn't be without them, they're a permanent gym bag item!

These are excellent and fit all my bars, both spinlock style barbells/dumbbells and the smooth style bars. The York spring locks I bought were too loose for my York barbell but these fit them all perfectly. Makes it much quicker changing the weights now compared to the spin locks. Saves a lot of time, well worth the price.

The clamps are easy to use and hold well. The colour on them is accurate to what I saw in the images and have a decent finish. My only gripe is the overall finish on the seams where it had been made where it is a bit rough.

The quality of the plastic, and the overall build feels solid. But one of them, was missing 2 screws, and is completely useless without them. So disappointed. I was gonna use them tomorrow, but now, I can't. And now I have to do the entire return process, for something that should've easily been caught, before they got sent out. I actually feel that it was practically impossible, for whoever who packed these, to not know that a big piece is loose. Will update review if appropriate.UPDATE : 18 01 2022The seller sent me a replacement pair, and didn't require me to send the original pair back. Updating this review from 1 star, to 5, because the item is genuinely made of good quality plastic. It has decent heft to them. Not made of cheap, flaky plastic. They're about 150 grams per piece. It was unfortunate, that the first pair was missing screws, but the seller quickly handled the issue. Honestly, very happy with the item!

I was a bit concerned these wouldn't fit my Argos Opti 25mm screw thread barbell but they slid on easy and clip snug and don't slip with the compressible rubber sleeves.They are plastic and perhaps they may not last for years but they do the job and sab m having to spend ages winding the start nuts on and off.

Didn’t have any problems with these! They fit nicely on barbell and are easy to put on and release. No more trying to find spare clamps in the gym because it can be such a nightmare sometimes :)

We have a 1" threaded barbell and it's a pain spinning on and off every time you want to change the weight on the bar, so I looked for a different solution and found this. We've used it 4 times now and it saves so much time, which means it's so much easier to change the weights between sets, which in turn means my workouts can be more dynamic without having to increase rest time between each set. This little, reasonably priced piece of equipment makes me so happy!

I use at home, not in a public gym with lots of use, but these work very well. Fast to remove and add.

Cool color. They hold the weights on the bar very snugly. Easy removal as well. Priced reasonably and shipped quickly. Would recommend.

These are tough and work so good it's not even funny. For anyone that had ever lifted weights knows the old Olympic weight set clamps that you squeeze like the forearm workout pieces suck. Whoever designed these deserves a steak dinner, a healthy protein shake, and a part on the back.
