A step up the the NHS latex.
I had surgery on my spine and the NHS physio gave me a latex band to target and strengthen the surrounding soft tissue. The band they gave me is the equivalent of the blue 'light' band. I felt I wanted to increase the tension and bought these. They are quite short for my need but I don't need a band so I have cut them in half. They seem of good quality, with no imperfections. These have done the job and are fairly inexpensive.

they're good quality
i like the product and would recommend however i bought these thinking they would come with a bag like shown on the photo. when they arrived i was shocked to see that there wasn't a pouch/bag. however the quality is good and the different resistances are a good range from light to heavy.

These sort of do the job but these are not marked regarding how much resistance each has. This is an okay product.

Bands just arrived. They look really good. I like the different strengths and I will be able to move to the stronger ones as I improve. They come in a bag to keep them all together. Gave 5 * for durability but haven't used them yet. Hopefully they will last a long time.

Good for workout
Hadn't done a lot of work with bands until I bought these. Because they are so small and light, they can go in your suitcase when you're away and you've got no excuse to skip a workout.

Il prodotto è mediocre soprattutto per le taglie x-small, small che da subito si arricciano nonostante l'uso non continuo. La media resiste ma attenzione..se la si tende per più di un paio di esercizi anch'essa tende ad arricciarsi cosa molto sgradevole..Consiglio il prodotto, a mio modesto avviso, a persone che fanno piccoli allenamenti in casa; fai da te...

Molto piccole
Per essere fasce di 30 centimetri sono abbastanza piccole. Inoltre non sembrano molto solide soprattutto quando se ne fa un uso intenso.
