Your correct size is often found by adding +2 onto the waist size of your pants. For example, if you wear a 36 waist pants, normally you would purchase a size 38 belt. Don't know your pants size? You can also loop a string or measuring tape around the pants you would wear the belt with. Loop it where you want the belt to sit, then measure the length of that string. Typically you want to buy the size that corresponds to the inch length of the string, or slightly bigger. For example, if the loop is 35 inches around your pants, buy a size 36 belt.
