Terrible. These plates are incredibly flimsy and simply will not stand up on their own.I specifically purchased the 5kg plates for any clients that couldn't deadlift 40kg with decent form, or for any prospective Olympic lifters.How on earth am I meant train someone to lift, when the weights collapse the second they're on the ground?
