Are the sticks showing ?

The whole thing is wrapped. Not sure what you mean. They are individually wrapped you can see the stick. I had these as part of a candy bar at a shower. The quality is better than any I’ve seen in stores.

Do the balls on the end of the sticks screw off?

No they are securely on the stick held either with glue or something

Is the product packaged well with bubble wrapping and all to prevent breaking during delivery?

I didn't experience any noticeable breakage on the candy sticks, I don't remember what packing materials the tub of candy was packed in.
