Has been holding up great so far. Definitely water ( splash) resistant. Haven't tested for fire resistance, for obvious reasons. The document holder and the individual slots do feel sturdy and extremely well made. I feel this is a reasonably priced product thats a must have in any home.

Bought one as a gift to help OCD partner organized with very important papers and he loved it. I am purchasing one for myself. Good quality, thick material, good zipper to close so documents do not fall out, many dividers to keep things organized, tab labels for easy identification.

It is light weight. little over prized.

I live in miami and in a flood zone to be exact, every hurricane season everyone either panic or plan it, and im a planner, one of my plans was to make sure i have a safe place to put all my important papers like passport, certificates and identifications, This fireproof document holder is a must have to keep all of your most important documents safe. Safe from fire, explosions and its even water resistant.

Seems really resilient, I trust this product to keep my information safe. Hopefully it will never be put to the test for real, but I did take a lighter to it and it held up with no real damage.

The size was perfect, the construction was fantastic and it had two closures a heavy duty zipper along with a really tough Velcro flap closure and I mean really tough!!!

Works good so far fortunately I haven't had a chance to test it. Cheaper and more convenient than a safe deposit box.

Good quality however I wish it were smaller so it could fit in my safe.
