I was very excited when I received and wanted to demo this to whole family. Very disappointed with the quality of the product, What I got as a new item is a tampered manufacturing date, poor quality plastic and low audio that not my class room cannotn hear without a pindrop silence . The item seems used based on look and feel of it. It is not meeting a or even come closer to what my teacher is using ( very old model with knobs, tall tarang ) . Before I return this i will take pictures of the tamped date dusty and used signs and post it here. I have to now look for something else . If you are looking for some good audio , speaker volume, this is not the one.
