Update: Amazon is amazing. The first torch I got was in used condition and apparently missing pieces. There were no pigtails in the first torch. Only bad solder. Amazon shipped out a return quickly and the new torch definitely lives up to the reviews. Just make sure you use a 140W soldering gun and not a weak 30W soldering iron, to make the pilot arc connection. Flux helps too. I probably wouldn’t buy from this company directly, but with the Amazon customer service, it’s a great deal. Very happy with the second torch. Original review: The torch I received was used. There was sloppy solder on the pilot arc connection and tool marks all over the unit. It looks like I probably received a torch that was returned and “refurbished.” If it lasts, great. If not, I definitely won’t be buying anything from this company again.

Good material But for my CNC there is no place for pilot arc register wire!!

Works way better than torch that came on my Lotos LTPDC2000D cutter. CONSUMABLES SETS are cheaper! That's why I replaced the torch that came with it. Easy to replace just take small screw's out and air hose unscrews inside handle. Had to cut shrink wrap off air hose fittings I cut pilot arc wire and hooked wire to new head and used liquid electrical tape on it. Can do the two wires for the trigger the same. I just used the head of this new torch and it fits inside of my Lotos torch. It cuts so much better now.

This is a terrible product! Shorted out inside at the trigger switch and burnt out my plasma cutter..thermo dynamics 5xr..

I replaced the torch on my cut 60 with this and I'm 100% impressed! It is much nicer than the old one and my pilot arc works much nicer as well. Great unit for the money!

Works great on my Lotos 5000D, no more expensive consumables.

This torch is so much better than the one that came on my Zeny Cut50. It was a PT31 style torch and every time I'd use it (heavy hobby use) I replaced the consumables multiple times for a long cut in heavy material(1/8" cuts up to 1/2" severance). Electrodes would just blow out. The electrode in this style torch is not exposed so it doesn't hurt it to drag cut and it is better protected from splashback. With my original torch I was having to cut very slowly to go through 3/16 plate. I put this on and was able to cut it almost as fast as I can drag the torch. My unit is not a pilot arc unit so I just tucked the wire on the torch away and wired up the switch. I will update if anything goes wrong with it, but so far I'm loving it!

Schneller Umbau von Kontakt auf Kontaktloszündung. Nur zusätzlich ein Kabel mit eingezogen (was ich noch hatte) und nach Anschlußbelegung angeklemmt. Funktioniert tadellos!
