Improved light output but terrible mounting design
The mounting design on these is just terrible compared to other cheap LEDs. They are incapable of locking into the lens and you simply have to rely on two O-rings to hold them in with compression. These have integral ballast so no clumsy box needing zip ties. The low beam headlights are fantastic and far better than the Halogens on high beam. However, switching to high beams is another story. The high and low beams may be reversed, which seems to be a common observation in the comments on pretty much all aftermarket LEDs, or maybe just the OEM lenses aren't made for LEDs. Maybe you'll have the same experience, and maybe not. Also, the bulb ballast/enclosures each have a little fan in them that is exposed to the engine compartment. I can't imagine this is a recipe for longevity.

Dims are okay
Hooked up great, had a couple issues that I worked around to get to fit in my car( plastic bracket that holds light in doesn't like the sideways cord)These were brighter than my dims, no doubt about that.. however, there was very little difference between the dim and brights. I put my normal lights back on. These would be fine with city driving, but at night on a country road just don't make the cut for me.

They say it replaces a Ford 9007........well, it sorta does.
There's nothing quite like having to cut up parts of your vehicle to install "direct replacement" parts! Nothing like having to "break" new parts to make them fit.Due to the 90-degree wiring exit, the bulb housing needs to be disassembled to install the retainer. The outer diameter of the heatsink is quite a bit larger than the inner diameter of the hole in the retainer. Had to remove the fan and fan housing from the heatsink, trim out the inside of the bulb retainer to get the disassembled bulb into the retainer, reassemble the bulb, then install in my truck.Haven't driven it yet, but the brightness looks ok.

Easy install, after learning how, looks great on my car but one burned out in two weeks.
Learning to install these new LED's are pretty easy but there is no directions or they are very lame. The light has an adjustable collar on it in order to get the lock ring on it. It also allows you to focus and match light pattern from other light. I love the light brightness and the way it looks but this is the second one I have bought, and it lasted about 30days. The first one lasted about a year and I was ok with that because they help me see at night without blinding oncoming drivers. But two weeks?

Waste of money.
So they are less bright than the oem bulbs. They are white light witch I like cause it makes them look like a newer car and bright from head on but when you are behind the wheel is were it counts. And your all but blind in the dark when it's raining. I got the 9007 ones for a ford mustang. They are duel beam high/low. And there is no difference when clicking between the 2 settings. They are literally is bright as my car is fog lights on high or low beam. To make things worse they completely wash out my radio. As soon as the lights go on all stations are static CD player still works but that's not the point. Find somthin better spend the extra 15-20 on somthin brighter. And btw my headlight lenses are brand new so that's not a problem.

ATTN! Must do this to fit Ford Ranger 93-97
The transformer is too large for the 1997 Ford Ranger. There is a little set screw on the side of the headlight. Remove this screw to slip the rubber grommet and plastic part off the headlight. Then add your twist on part to the headlight before screwing the locking part with grommet back on. THEN it will work.

Won’t stay in place
Was excited once the came but I couldn’t get the circle mount to fit the Transformer of the Led light, so because of that it won’t mount to stay in place of my 09 Mitsubishi Galant wish it came with a attachment for those who doesn’t have the metal mount like me or something to make it stay in place and becuase of all that I couldn’t even test the product out completely

Impressive if they last.
Impressive if they last. For those with a headlight adapter (such as a chevy cobalt) you have to take the screw out of the led black plastic brackets on new lights, slide light through the adapter, then put brackets and screw back in place and install. I saw some people giving these bad reviews for fitment problems.
