A little buddy wash goes a long way, so it's a great value. In fact, for our long-hair dogs with thick coats, we dilute a bit in a squirt bottle for bath time. That way we only use a few tablespoons on each dog each time they get a bath. And its easier to apply this way and be sure you've rinsed it all out.i was a die-hard fan of the lavender scent, but when only green tea bergamot was available, I gave it a try. And I like it maybe a bit more than the other scent.The dogs smell nice, but they don't smell like they've been doused in perfume. And they're soft. So soft. (Sure, some of that is their awesome soft coats. But after a bath with this, they're even softer!)I've bathed 3 different dogs with this, and none of them has ended up itchy or with a rash afterwards. So seems pretty gentle. Doesn't make me itch when I bathe them either!One bottle this size, diluted as described above, used on two heavily coated, medium sized dogs that get baths about once every 1-2 months easily lasts a year or more.

This is the best dog shampoo I've ever used. I rarely write reviews, but this product is AWESOME! I have a 5-month-old standard poodle and she has very sensitive skin, and I have a very sensitive nose for chemicals and fake fragrances...I LOVE this shampoo. It is so thick and concentrated I barely have to use any which means this bottle will last! I've ordered several other natural dog shampoos and they're usually watery and I ended up using nearly a 1/3 of the bottle per bath...Smells GREAT. I'm sensitive to smells, but when I know something is ALL natural like this product and only scented with essential oils I can handle it and I even enjoy the fresh scent this leaves on my pup's hair.It leaves her hair so damn baby butt soft too! All the other natural shampoos I've tried dry her hair so that I have to use an ungodly amount of conditioner after.PSI haven't tried their conditioner yet (I use Burt's Bees conditioner).UPDATE: I personally ran out of my shampoo and saw my pup's shampoo in the corner of my shower and was like well might as well try..I AM IN LOVE my (now luscious) locks are SO happy! I thought I just had crazy combo hair (oily roots/dry ends) but nope just have been using crazy natural human shampoo that strips my hair and causes me to get all oily after two days. THIS SHAMPOO ROCKS AND SMELLS LIKE HEAVEN. Two days after washing my hair, it's silky smooth and virtually no oil at my roots, it's insane!!! Me and my girl will be sharing from now on.

I adore this dog shampoo! The scent is amazing and a small drop goes a long way. I have a white pup and this is the only shampoo that keeps him sparkling!The ONLY downside is the actual bottle it comes in. When trying to keep the dog still with one hand and squeeze the bottle with the other, it's nearly impossible to get out. The plastic is super thick and it takes a lot of strength to squeeze. First-world problems, I know. My advice is to buy the shampoo and unscrew the cap altogether when using.

The essential oils work to repel the fleas. It is not overly strong so will not harm your dog. Plus it doesn't stay on your dog for very long. During flea season it helped to get rid of the fleas. I have been using this shampoo and the different scents for years over three different dogs. Works well and my dogs smell great. It has a conditioner with the shampoo together. My dogs had shiny coats and soft fur. If you have a concern for the essential oils, you can introduce the scent to your dog before hand. Leave a window or fan on so your dog gets fresh air. But I never had any issues with my dogs around these essential oil shampoos with Buddy Wash. Never use essential oils full strength on your dog. I work with aromatherapy and trust Buddy Wash products.

I am enjoying the gentleness and effect of the shampoo for my Bedlington Terrier. I finally found an hypoallergenic and animsl safe product for my dog.

Great for my 38 lb doodle. Helps detangle and always leaves my pup with a super soft coat after spaw day. Just a little goes such a long way, the lavender and mint smells amazing! Took me a while to find a good shampoo, let alone shampoo + conditioner that did not irritate my pups skin, this is it! Different scents available as well.

This dog shampoo has a delightful calming aroma of lavender and mint. It is shampoo and conditioner in one. I have a Cavapoo with wavy and curly hair and this makes her feel so soft and easy to brush and comb after she is dry. And she smells wonderful!

Don’t need a lot as it suds up fast

This product made my whole dog (shepherd/retriever cross) feel as soft as his ears always feel. He smelled fantastic! None of that gross wet-dog smell that comes out with other products. Lathers nicely, rinses clean!

It does not hurt his skin and smells really nicely

We have been using this product for years. no heavy scents. Excellent product. Dog is okay with it too.

It's not an overwhelming scent but just right and leaves coat soft and silky
