I have taken these tablets regularly for 6 months now. I had been through a course of chemo/radiotherapy and then a major op, so after all that my hair was so thin and my nails were awful just kept breaking. Well, I knew it was not going to happen overnight, but now I can honestly say my hair is really thicker and stronger (I also used Charles Worthington, Grow Strong shampoo), my nails look lovely, grow long and strong. I just think you have to persevere, do not expect great results in a couple of week...so as far as I am concerned they have certainly helped me. Hope this review may help others that have been through the same thing.

My daughter’s hair had started falling out pretty drastically. I don’t know if this was just hormones at her age as she’s going through the adolescent years. We started her on these as well as other multivitamins and iron supplements. Within a few weeks the hair fall has stopped and regrows has started.

I've bought biotin supplements from bigger brands in the past like Source Naturals and Now Foods to help my skin but I can assure you that this product is far better.You get 10,000mcg dosage here whereas others only offer up to 5000mcg and this is way above the NRV (NRV is a new name for RDA Recommended Daily Allowance). This is actually a good thing as the NRV always sets low recommendations essentially for people who intend to take it even if their body doesn't really need it. For example people taking multivitamins when they already get enough in their diet. Consider this a good thing.You're only bound to notice faster hair and nail strength results due to that dosage, plus in my case better skin. What I'm also satisfied about is the surprisingly very small travel friendly bottle size this year supply of Biotin comes in, due to how small and easy to swallow the tablets are. I highly recommend this product especially for the price and convenience. I'm sticking to this product from now on, really happy purchase :]

This product is ok but did not see a improvement in my skin hair or nails but it does make you put on a lot of weight had to stop using it.

I bought this product in december and started using it properly in January, i can honestly say that if you stick to it , u will definitely see results! - just like other supplements you have to be consistent and be patient. It took me 2months to see results.My hair is much thicker, and grows quick toomy nails are now really strong, before i could bend them now they're very firm.Unlike the other reviews i havent seen any breakouts or any rashes.
