We used the very same ravioli cutters in a pasta class in Florence.Well-made, smooth edges.The area between the handle and the cutting edge looks to be a bit fragile - so you may want to be careful not to put a ton of force on them. We haven’t had any problems, but something to be aware of.A nice addition to our pasta-making tools!

Really nice ravioli cutter

Cheaply made
Cutter did not cut well. The whole set is made cheaply. Invest in something more sturdy. Returned.
