This is a fantastic product, fast charger stores all your photos and so easy to set up

Handy gadget that backed up my photos quite quickly, even when my phone wasn't actually on the unit, although quite close. The Qi charging is very slow compared to a wired charge but handy if you just want to give your phone a boost, or if you have time, leave it on for a few hours.

Easy to use

Brilliant idea to charge and backup overnight. Well designed and well made device - as can be expected of SanDisk and Wester Digital collaboration. However, I've been disappointed and alarmed that it cannot be relied on to charge your phone overnight... I have woken up to a fully drained phone on more than one occasion and it's only my first week into buying and using this iXpand device!My phone is a brand new OnePlus 9Pro and is certified as Qi wireless charging, so it should work fine with the iXpand. It does - and it also doesn't. It recognises immediately when placed and it starts charging but then at some stage during the night, the charging stops - inexplicably. My theory is that iXpand cannot charge AND backup at the same time - hence during the night when it is backing up, it deprioritises the charging and then 'forgets' to start charging once the backup is done... I think.Not being reliable to do its primary task of wireless charging my phone fone means I have no confidence in the iXpand device and therefore I will be returning it for a refund.

Love the idea of this, it worked the first time but now has trouble backing up and the charging sometimes stops after a few minutes.I think the backup problem is a network 2.4hz v 5hz issue.

An absolute disaster, the app claim uses GPS to locate proximity with the charger(laughs); could use wifi network but no because is unable to connect in any, at leas not one with AP isolation. Managed a firmware update, nothing changed or improved. App is a disaster, charger is thick backup unreliable and slow, connectivity useless
