I just love this cup, period! Before this cup, I had a similar double wall glass mug but accidentally used a metal spoon to stir and broke it from the inside (dummy!). So, I learned the lesson and only use plastic or stirrer afterwards. Never had any condensation issue between the walls and I’ve been using it for almost 6 YEARS everyday and it still works as new! I’ve never used it with iced drinks though so can’t comment on that. I use it for hot drinks all the times and it does keep my hot drinks longer. I’m a very satisfied customer indeed and would recommend it. I hardly write a product review and thought this mug worth to be shared based my own experience and honest review. :)

Two glasses broke within a few weeks of light use as home coffee mugs. I suspect these are not borosilicate or even soda-lime glass. If they are borosilicate they are made too thin to stand up to normal use.

Really good glass mug! Cool design, keeps coffee warm. Thickness of the glass is good. It accidentally slid out of my hand while washing and fell into sink, did not break!

This is a beautiful cup and retains heat very well. I was just about to order 5 additional to round out my coffee cups to 6 however, after just a handful of uses the bottom broke and a hole exists. This happened just by me setting it down on our granite counter. It was NOT hit or dropped, just sat down. I just put hot coffee in it but that should not have made any difference. I usually do not write negative reviews unless I am disappointed or would have wished that someone would have warned me about certain product flaws. I would love to have a set of these however they will just not last. Also, I have several ZWILLING J.A. Henckels insulated glasses and not one of them has let me down. They are so awesome keeping things cold or hot, and no condensation on the outside of the glass when drinking an iced drink. I hope this gets fixed so I can get more coffee cups for my collection.
