This is an extraordinary little printer, ideal for someone who travels a lot but not great if you run a lot of copies, as the ink cartridges do not last very long. It is lighter weight and physically smaller than the comparable HP device, and is a lot more reliable than the most recent version of the HP printer. The early version of the HP was a workhorse, but the newest version is not very good. This printer is a lot better.I added the wireless link, which fits comfortably inside the side panel of the printer. A nice design feature, and so far it has worked great.I also added the external battery, which adds a little bulk but not much. The battery screws to the printer and therefore you need a screwdriver if you want to carry a second backup battery.I have never used up the battery, though. It seems to have a pretty long life on each charge. It lasts a lot longer than the ink cartridges.A nice feature is that when you run out of the tricolor ink, the printer still will print with the black ink cartridge (the HP won't do that). Plus it warns you when ink is runming low. One caution;it can get b a little goofy when you open it to change the cartridge. Go slowly, and you may have to try a couple of times before you get the mechanism to move the cartridges to the center, where they have to be to change them. Otherwise you may have to reboot the printer and your computer. I tend to rush and as a result I have had a problem once in a while.Also be careful and feed the paper straight, as a crooked feed can jam the printer, making that double reboot necessary.I wish you could get cartridges with more ink, as you could with the HP. I get about 200 copies legal size on one color cartridge. That is the only weakness. I really like this printer and recommend it with that one caveat.

The printer works very well. It was a little hard to get the paper thickness set-up right at first. Now it works great, and does not take up a lot of space on a desk. The clarity of the print is very good. I would recommend it to others.

Great small printer for our college student. Easily transportable and does not take up much dorm room space.

Uses a ton of ink, and the paper always gets jammed at the start of printing so I have to hand feed them through.

Great printer and the size makes it my "go to".
