I was so impressed with these Do rags that I bought 3 of them.Great fit and coverage. And I like the sweat band.

Exactly What I Needed
Love these things! It has an elastic band on the back and the terry cloth band on the front. I've bought several of the different colors. They last a long time.

Elastic Band goes on the the BACK of your head, while the absorbent terry cloth goes to the Front
Be sure you don't put it on backwards? I had it on that way, at first, and then I figured out that the stretch band goes on the BACK of your head NOT on the front. Yes, the band is tight, but I am stretching them out over large bowls right now and see where that takes me. I may cut half the band near the bottom too and see how much that helps. In the end, I may cut out the stretch band altogether and just use the ties things, as one guys says he does and likes. It has a nice absorbent strip on the front of the cap to absorb the sweat - perfect there! Worth buying for just that reason.Hey! I stretched these out over a stool over oightand they are almost too loose right now. Actually about perfect. Just stretch them out to the MAX -just not so they rip anything. Perfect then. Of course, one can easily just cut the stretch band out without any problems, at all. I did that in 10 seconds, with one pair and the tie strings hold it just fine - but I like the well stretched out band one better. I have a very large head.

Keeps sweat out of eyes!
Hi viz is excellent, fit is nice, washes and air dries easily and does a fabulous job of keeping sweat out of my eyes!

Helps keep the sweat out of your eyes
I didn't really notice much cooling effect but I was working hard in ridiculous heat. It did help to keep the sweat out of my eyes. I don't have a very large head but the band seemed a little tight. Not uncomfortable though. Washes up pretty good by hand. Overall I would say it was worth the $10.

Effective, good looking sweat control and sun protection.
Second one I bought this year. Does a good job of keeping sweat out of eyes. Probably equivalent sweat control to Halo bands I was using, but the added benefit of protecting my head from sun under my large vented bike helmet. Don't think the full head covering is adding any extra heat unless I pull it down over my ear tips on cold days. Also wear in the gym to if I am stretching on a mat it keeps my head from directly contacting the not well cleaned surface. Also hides my bald head so I don't look so ancient....

Functional
I work outdoors and I sweat profusely. The worst of that is dripping onto my eyeglasses.This headband is exactly what I needed. I bought 3. No regrets from real world conditions.
