Good day all!We purchased this mixer attachment for mixing big buckets of honeybee food (granulated sugar, water, nutrients). It is flawless for this purpose. I understand it is designed for mixing mud and other heavy fluids/mixtures. We're pleased!* It's Heavy. This is a good thing. However, if you are using it for mixing water-based stuff with little heavy materials, it's a BIG thing. You MUST use a large, heavy-duty drill or similar. Household drills would burn out with something of this size. This doesn't mean there's a flaw: this means we are using ours as an "off label" use.* It's really strong. As someone who worked on industrial stuff as a youth, I can tell you: it will stand up to a lot of use and abuse.* It's long. Great mixer.

This thing is pretty cool, allows for mixing in your pan fast instead of doing it by hand.

The mixer blade will fit inside the small hole of the 5gal bucket lid. But it is not long enough to reach the bottom of the bucket. Without a 4” -5”drill extender rod of some kind, it was impossible to mix a 5G bucket of paint.

Great product

This tool was purchased for mixing home made bird food. We have chickens and wanted to get away from store bought food but hand no way to mix up 100 pounds of feed. When looking for inspiration, I turned to the tool dept and found this. It works perfectly to mix up the grains without breaking up the seeds. It's definitely thicker and harder to mix than your average drywall compound so it's held up well.

Handy tool fir mixing!

This was definitely beneficial with mixing concrete using my Bosch drill. I used the double bucket method and it made the job so much easier.
