Fantastic umbrella for the price. Need to get a stand to go with it, but it’s easy to put up and take down. Provides a lot of shade. Can adjust the angle as the sun moves during the day to keep the shade where you want it. Overall great purchase.

Color as expected, metal ribs under umbrella, found the tilt feature the hard way. Metal ( not plastic) pole. Material is nice ,not thin. I usually only get 1 year of use out of my umbrellas due to fading and damage with use. Already bent a rib, but that was me forcing the crank against a wall.

We have an outdoor patio set that we never got an umbrella for. We’d been wanting to have dinner out on our deck, but the sun is so intense even in the evenings because our deck faces south, so it gets the sun all day as it passes east to west. I looked into several different umbrellas, but I’m glad I settled on this one. It has an opening up at the top as a vent to allow lighter wind to pass through. It seems to work and doesn’t shake much when there is a breeze, though we haven’t had any wind gusts or wind storms yet so I am not sure about that. I also am glad that I chose the dark color. Originally I was going to get a lighter color like white or a beige/tan, but I realized the sun would still be quite bright as it hit it, so I’m glad I got the dark navy blue color. It’s the perfect shade! It is very sturdy, the crank easily raises and lowers the umbrella. The pin that you put in once you’ve raised it holds it in place nicely. It did not come with a base stand, so I purchased that separately from a different seller. But so far it has held up well . We put it down typically when we are done, but I have left it open overnight and not had any issues. I really like this product and it is well worth the money. I have found other ones that didn’t look as sturdy for a much more expensive price. It arrived on time as well and was intact. Definitely recommend!!

We are 100% pleased with this purchase. I found many umbrellas for a lot less at my local grocery store and retailers close for half the price. I wanted umbrellas that could sustain a lot of abuse and use. After reading many of their reviews I decided to go with Flame & Shade. #1- their follow up and checking in was spot on. They emailed me to let me know it had shipped and they would check in a week once I received them. Both umbrellas arrived in sturdy packaging and was very easy to install and place in patio pool tables. They were easy enough for me to do it myself. You can see on my photo where they are both on the far left and right of the pool area. Crank is very smooth, they are very sturdy and with winds up to 10-15 miles they did fine. Our first rain shower hit pretty hard on Sunday for about 45 minutes. No high winds but hard rain and the umbrellas did not leak. Can only attest to the 45 minutes for now. Customer Service followed up again to be sure we were pleased with them and we definitely are. I would reccomend this company and buy from them again. The tilt is a great feature that many of the ones half the price do not offer as well as many close by at discounted prices were only 9 ft not 10. The 10 ft are perfect. Thank you Flame & Shade. Excellent value. The tilting feature was important because I care for an elderly smoker who does not think about moving out of the sun. It also serves to keep sun rays off sliding glass door windows. The hardest part of putting it up was getting the well-wrapped umbrella out of the cardboard shipping container. In other words, not hard. It is in a table, and I thought might need a weighted base, but so far, no real wind to consider, not needed. It looks good, too, a lighter Navy Blue.

Good price but these are not very sturdy. So I couldn’t give it 5 stars. You get what you pay for with these. So open and close them carefully if you want them to last. And beware of leaving them open on a windy day, which will definitely destroy them.
