Part of cleanse program
Black water... it has no taste especially. It is part of my cleansing program. My sister.started using it first and thinks it's beneficial. It may be mostly to flush out heavy metals. I use it with yucca and Detoxx 1 & 2. Only used 2 mos so haven't retested to check levels.

great supplement
This is a great way to have fulvic and humic minerals on the go! I also appreciate the fact that these do not require refrigeration. Even greater is the love of God described in John 3:16. Read it today for encouragement.

Tiny bit of black powder in a black bottle w a scoop too short to grab. Didn't seem to do anything except make my coffee blacker.

This stuff has changed my life!
Since adding the BlackMP powder to my water bottle on a daily basis, I have felt so much more energetic and just overall better. I feel less tired when I work out and I feel my recovery is quicker. There's no taste or texture change to the water when you use the recommended dosage with help from the included measuring spoon.

What's with the tiny measuring spoon?
I have been using this product for over a year now and while I like the powder the new spoons they use are 1) not the proper size portion and 2) so small I have to use tweezers to get it out of the bottle. Fortunately I have one of the older spoons and use that instead. The older spoon gives me about 30 doses of use while the new one would probably last 3 months and not give you enough powder to do any good. They don't even reach the bottom of the bottle. What are you guys thinking?

I purchased this item thinking it would do a lot for my health but wasn't impressed enough to buy it a second time. I didn't see any differences in my health at all, or how I felt on a daily basis.
