These bulbs are amazing. The light output is better than any D1S ...
Well I finally payed for these expensive bulbs and I have to admit you get what you pay for. These bulbs are amazing. The light output is better than any D1S bulb I've bought off Amazon. I have purchased atleast 10 different versions of the D1S bulb from different merchants on Amazon because they were 30, 50, and 80 bucks being the most I was willing to pay. The truth is the Morimoto is a great bulb but they loose their brightness and they dont last. I payed 150.00 bucks for these Osram intense blue and I was amazed because I purchased so many different bulbs and never saw the type of quality like I saw In the Osram. The color is crispy and Im not exaggerating. The light output is bright but most importantly the light illuminates the road farther ahead of your car allowing you to see whats up ahead sooner. When people say a bulb is bright thats not whats important. Whats important is how far does the beam shoot so you can see the road up ahead and have a quicker reaction time to avoid pot holes animals, debris, cars, etc. You see the overall road better. They produce a wide beam as well. The color is not like any 6000k bulb I've seen or purchased. Now their might be other bulbs out their with similar color but I found this one to be just amazing. Its not blue like you think, its more like a crispy very light colored gray. Reminds me of silver or a diamonn. Its so hard to describe but like a pair of chuck taylors sneakers the color works great with anything. They combined the perfect amount of blue and white to create an amazing color. So dont think they are blue, they just have a mixture of blue in them to create a unique color. They are more white than you think. I tried to explain them but trust me you wont be dissapointed with their version of 6000k. Let me close by saying the bulbs are up to 6000k. The key words are up to. Packaging is as humanly perfect as I think you can get without going overboard. If your bulbs are damaged I assure you they were mishandled during delivery. I mean somebody would have to really drop or crush the box to damage the bulbs. The boxes they come in are wrapped in the air bubble wrapping, then the actual Osram box, then a cardboard spool. Then all this comes in the USPS card board envelop. I mean come on, thats how you know you are getting something of great quality. Crisp, sparkling, bright, sharp, and a far beam pattern. I'd say worth every penny.

BMW F30 Owner Pleased
I had a flickering and then eventual full outage on the driver side low beam headlight. I take pride in my car and searched the forums and YouTube videos for an enhanced headlight experience if not the best for my Estoril Blue BMW F30 M-Sport. I can confirm by using the OSRAM product validation from their website at least one of the two lights were legit, not a CN knock-off. One of the two serials for validation either had a zero or the letter “O“ and a lowercase or uppercase “L”. I gave up validating the second of the two boxes after five attempts. The font on the OSRAM box choosen for validation should really be better if any OSRAM product control folks read this. I will assume since one of the two boxes packaged together was legit the other one is as well. I can confirm after installing both lights they each produce an enhanced nice white luminous light from the stock OEM Philips lights. I am pleased with the purchase.

Bright and clear
Not blue in any way. Which is fine. Nice and easy to install. After you remove the tire, the mudflaps the wheel wells. Lol

Light reflection. Original (picture on the left) and Osram cool blue bulb (pictured on the right)
BMW X5 2013 xDRIVE35iDefinitely a pain to install because it doesn’t seem like it would screw into place at first. But I ended up using spring clamps to hold onto the bulb igniter. When properly positioned, I was then able to screw it into place more comfortably by rotating the spring clamp that was clamped onto the igniter because the positioning of the headlight in the engine bay and headlight is very tight. I also used spring clamps because gripping them with fingers didn’t allow for a good enough grip. The force needed to turn the bulb into place in this scenario is a challenge that defeated me. and I’m an average dude with long thin fingers that have some space within the headlight area but not enough to grip with the full hand.I also attached a photo with color differences between the original hid bulb and the new one from Osram reflecting off fresh snow.Thank you for reviewing this review.

Not counterfeit bulbs!!!
Replaced my 2009 Porsche Cayenne GTS headlamp bulbs with these. Perfect fit, good color and work great. These are legit bulbs and not counterfeits proven via the codex on the Osram validation site.Good price!

Cool blue but Low lighting
I replaced my BMW head lights with this product and they are a bit of improvement from my stock lights. Don't expect for them to be Super bright. Poor visibility on dark roads. I do most of my driving in the city so its fine for me. The light is a nice blue, good looks but will replace soon.
