Beautiful and Sturdy
I got this last summer to use in our backyard and I love it. The color is beautiful and the birdbath was super easy to assemble. It's also very sturdy and heavy enough that I don't worry about it being knocked over easily. I paired it with a solar powered fountain so that there's some water circulation and the birds all really seemed to like it.

Beautiful blue
I found the fountain easy to put up. I did anchor it as protection against any critters determined to knock it over. It has some weight, but I was worried it was not enough. The color and finish are really pretty. I agree with earlier reviews…why do you put that very sticky sticker in the middle of the fountain? The bowl was very easy to set on the pedestal. The packaging was very secure. I also added a small solar fountain, but have since removed it as it was too large for the bowl.

Update. Took a while but birds visit.
Update to 4 stars. Beautiful bird bath. Birds did eventually warm up to it but only the Bluejay is big enough to get actuslly in it for a bath -rarely. Just deep and sides go straight down. Other birds just perch on side for a drink.Original review. This is a very pretty birdbath, but to my dismay the birds refuse to use it. I bought it to replace my concrete bird bath that had seen better days. The new bird bath is quite deep (too deep) and the sides go straight down into the bowl with no shallow areas that gradually get deeper. After a week I added 3" to 5" beach pebbles to create shallow areas and make it easier for the birds to gauge the water depth. No takers. The squirrel finally got up there a few days ago, but even though it is in the same location as the old bird bath and my bird feeders are constantly frequented, no one wants the water to drink or bathe.I am really disappointed. A bird bath that does not attract bird is of no worth so I cannot rate it just because it is pretty. A non-running car can be pretty too, but of little use.Update: Exactly one day after I posted the review, the birds got brave enough to use the birdbath. It is loaded with stones now so it is not as deep, however, which makes it so much harder to change the water and clean. I would not buy it again even though it is pretty and constructed well. It is just too deep for the birds and had to be altered. It is a shame.

Thew Birds Love It and many lovely colors to choose from
This bird bath keeps me smiling daily. Three most Favorite Things: (1) The birds love it and come daily for a drink and to bathe. It is relatively shallow and the water warms up, and the birds have been bathing more often because water is warm. (2) The bowl easily turns about 45 degrees and can be lifted off to empty and it isn't too heavy. This must be done every other day so ease of use is a big plus. (3) The blue is very pretty and adds a splash of color to patio. (4) If you have a big dog, it makes the perfect water bowl. Super glad I chose this one. Fired pottery like this does require it to be gently looked after so handle with care, set in a level place, always re-engage the bowl to the base by turning until it locks. Enjoy.

Very Pretty for the birds and my yard
Overall I am pleased with this birdbath. The glaze is beautiful. It is pretty sturdy. My water wiggler is perfect to keep the water moving. It is a good depth for the birds and will be easy to clean. One thing would make it better: If it were 4 to 6 inches taller. Also it arrives well packaged but there is a manufacturer's sticker in the middle of the basin. It does not peel off well so I used label remover and had to work it for 40 minutes to get it off. Then used dish washing detergent to remove the label remover. The birds have already stopped by for a bath and a drink!
