Q: How long is the mains cable?

My unit was installed on a dividing wall between my kitchen and integral garage. To make things look 'neat' I cut the sealed 13A plug off the unit, drilled the wall, pushed the cable through and refitted a 13A plug (fused at 3A) within the garage where I had a spare socket outlet in situ. I would say the length of cable is no more than the standard 1 metre. Sorry I can't be more specific, but definitely short length of cable.
