If I had to take only one watch on a trip, this would be it.
The media could not be loaded. If I had to keep only one watch, this would be it, because it has basically everything I need in a watch: solar, atomic, LED light, alarms, countdown timer, stopwatch, date, military time, and other features. Here are just a few of the features which I really appreciate.1) Everything, including the LED, is run by solar. There isn't a separate battery for the LED!2) It is absolutely accurate--more than a cell phone. (I have it set to calibrate every night). The minute hand and second hand extend far enough so that you can truly see the exact time. No doubt, the engineers wanted this to be a watch that can be trusted for accuracy.3) The controls are pretty intuitive.4) I have had no issue with the solar power; it's been on "HI" from day one, and I use all the features regularly.5) The sapphire glass keeps the glass scratch-free (which aids in getting the best solar charge possible).6) The titanium makes the watch super light, and doesn't irritate the skin at all.7) The watch is elegant enough for dress up occasions, yet works well in casual wear.I have a few minor complaints, but they don't affect my 5-star rating.1) The LED doesn't light up long enough! I usually have to press it once to read the hour hand, and press it again to read the minute hand. Currently, it lights up for about 1.5 seconds. I would prefer at least 2 seconds, or even 3 seconds, of illumination. I doubt a 3-second illumination would drain the power, because currently, I am pressing the light twice.2) The band does not have a quick-adjust setting. Sometimes, it's just slightly too loose (not enough to take out a link, though).3) The alarm is not too loud. When my shirt sleeve is covering the watch, and when I'm not paying attention to the alarm, it's not loud enough to get my attention. It's fine on a nightstand by the bed, however.4) The face has three, thin, black "crosshairs" on it, and the second hand is the same thinness as those lines. This means that when the second hand is at 12:00, 3:00, and 9:00, it is difficult to recognize the second hand at a quick glance, because it blends in with those crosshair lines. Of course, if you wait a second, literally, you'll know where the second hand is. But every now and then, I will check the time and the second hand will seem to be missing. This is a slight annoyance.5) The hands are rather thin. I realize that they have to be thin so as to not block light from getting to the sensor, but still, I would have liked a slightly large profile for the hands. I want to be able to tell the time at a quick glance. When compared with watches with the same size face, these hands are thinner than most.

Great watch with one problem . . . the metal band wears very quickly.
I liked this watch so much I bought another one. It really is the perfect timepiece. However, the band quality is really inferior and my two watches have very scuffed bands/clasps after only several months of intermittent use. I am now purchasing silicone bands. The watch itself is no problem and looks like new.

Fantastic watch at any price.
So many advanced features:* solar charging - no need for battery changes, months of power reserve* radio synchronization to atomic clock, works with all of the transmitters throughout the world* titanium case and bracelet - very light on the wrist* sapphire crystal* interesting dial design - tiny concentric circles on the face, hour indices on a raised minute track* perfect size at 40mm diameter, thin* world-time, auto-DST, auto-calendar, stop-watch, timer, alarms* decent lume on the hands AND a bright led light* the bracelet drapes nicely around the wrist, very low-profile clasp* dual analog and digital displays - show your home time in both formats or show both local and home times.* nice finishing, nothing scratches/irritates my wristThe battery charge has remained on "HI" ever since I received the watch, charging just fine with just indoor lighting. The atomic clock reception has been successful every night for me (on the US west-coast). The perfect grab-and-go travel watch for me - never have to wind/reset it.Only a few minor cons:* only 50m of water resistance* pin-and-collar links on the bracelet* folded end-links, not solid* the signal "received", "world-time" indicators are small horizontal bars and a little hard to seeA true tool watch - does it functions well. A tremendous bargain at $230 USD. Buy it, you'll be happy with it.

The perfect watch!
The all day, every day, all occasion watch. Titanium is lightweight. Dial is on the smallish side so it’s good for smaller sized wrists or for those who aren’t interested in the greater than 41mm club. Radio reception is spotty depending on location and building (hotel room windows block reception ). This watch is so accurate that should it only ping once a month you’ll still be within 10-15 secs accuracy. I’m able to get reception every night. I’ve dropped the watch, been swimming with it, ran it into a concrete block corner while on the wrist and it took the abuse. Differences compared to the AE1200 is no alarm flag when you set an alarm, analog and digital dial, unable to toggle forward and backward when setting times (alarm) due to one less function key. Minor diffs. The light is pretty much useless. Lume is decent. Looks classier than a G-Shock at dressier functions. Good alternative if you don’t require or need a Lux watch…

La irresponsabilidad de Amazon.
Que Amazon me envió un reloj Casio Lineage con un manual de instrucciones en CANTONÉS, y no en inglés o en español. ¡QUÉ NEGLIGENCIA!

Disappointing
I liked the watch but it kind of missed the point: I bought it to enjoy its radio feature and connection to an atomic clock. I was disappointed to discover that in my location (West coast of the US) the reception was lousy and it almost never connected.

Great watch with a crappy bracelet
The watch itself is very nice. The complications are easy to learn and the quality is first rate for the price. But that bracelet is a throwaway. I put a new band on it and good to go.
