He-Man and the Masters of the Universe 3

Way better than volume 2. Actually v2 makes better sense after reading this collection. I absolutely love the drawings of my childhood heros. In the 80's Ninja Turtles and He-man was my favorite two shows. The artist try hard to draw the characters and make them come alive on the page. They also try and fit as many of the Masters on a page as possible which is amazing to see. Even inserting little jokes that fans have made in the past about certain characters. Either their names like Fisto, or abilities they may have like extra long neck powers. For me it is very nostalgic to read. The story kinda is hard to follow because I feel like details or plot are missing in some sections but overall a good story that brings the world back to life. I am going to buy volume 4 when it comes out so the story has me hooked for now. The one thing I want answered was not mentioned in this collection. In volume 1 it says Orco betrayed them to Skeletor. I am dying to know this story and hope it is told in upcoming issues.

This story just keeps getting better and better. I was a fan of both shows from the 80's, and this series just makes my memories better.

Volume 3 focuses primarily on Despora and the Evil Horde and a curious connection to Teela. The artwork is spectacular although a little claustrophobic. Minor characters such as Decker and Mek-A-Neck and Roboto make appearances.Hordak is more menacing than he has have ever been. We get a peek at one more member of the Horde, but are left to assume many of the others are lurking in the background.

Takes me back in time! As a child from the 80's....I pretty much love anything that has to do with He- Man and the Masters Of The Universe!!

I have been enjoying this saga immensely but still feel denied a clue on why Orko got punted from it 1 and 2 I love the depth we’re given into She-Ra from these but can’t help feeling like she’s become a carrot on a stick to keep me reading as she still hasn’t officially shown up yet!Fun read no less 4 star at the least, jus can’t help feeling it Could be better.

BY THE POWER OF GREYSKULL! The old school version of He-Man returns with a vengeance in DC's The New 52. Eternia will never be the same. If you grew up on He-Man, if you were ever a fan of He-Man, then you need this graphic novel.

It is so great to see so many of the wonderful characters again. This series is so good I hope it continues. I can't recall if this how we got She-Ra's origin before but this is a very interesting way to bring her back.

Finally the treatment she deserves, we're introduced to Hordak's Despara, most fearsome leader of his armies and would be conqueror of Eternia. Until the truth stares her in the face, and she realizes who she really is. For the Power of Grayskull!
