The handle cracked on my previous cheese knife so here I am looking for a new one that won't break the bank! Problem solved. Does the job, dishwasher safe, sticks to my magnetic knife strip, and good price.

I’ve used one of those stupid cheese slicer with a Horizontal opening that you pull towards you for decades. Never worked but had no idea there was a better option until I saw more expensive versions of this style of cheese slicer. Decided to look for less expensive version in case it did not work. What a difference this inexpensive cheese slicer made. It really works in slicing cheese. The hard to slice smoked gouda came out almost paper thin. It even has a shield for storing for safety. Wished I came across this superb slicer earlier in my life. Totally recommend.

I like that the knife has a cover. Not only does it protect the blade but also my hands when I reach in the drawer. Serrated knives do get dull after a few years and I m glad I finally replaced mine. Quality is decent and the price was acceptable.
