Got these for workout in the pool during the summer swim time. Work perfect you can fill the resistance.

Good product, forces you to keep good form.

The media could not be loaded. I got two pairs of this palm swim fins for both of our kids to practice their swimming after seeing that kids on the swim team use them during their practice. They are comfortable and completely adjustable. I grown person can use them just as easily as a 6 year old.

They seem largest in class. Powerful stroke. Good fit. Does not cause my thumb soreness (against its flat surface). Straps adjust and hold well.

Good:1) makes keeping my hands in nearly ideal position a simple thing while I focus on other aspects of technique.2)pushes wide swath of water while i focus on arm position and water entry for crawl stroke.3) they are stiff and certainly won't wear out.4) these paddles probably well suited for water exercise, other than swimming, where the weight of high water resistance is desirableNot so good:1) straps around wrists and fingers don't continue holding securely while you're swimming.2) wish the paddles were more hand-shaped (oval), less round.3) also wish holes in the paddles were larger to allow more water through and lessen the resistance when swimming. As they are, a strong pull causes the straps to releaseAgain, these paddles seem better suited for water exercise other than swimming.
