Don't make your own batter
Morimoto says don't make your own batter ... buy a good brand and proceed. So I did. Following Morimoto's instructions, I made great tempura. Yes, his instructions are a bit different than the packaging. Then I made so many successful dinners ... great way to get veggies eaten here ... that I decided actually to go for a bigger amount. I wish that this company did have bigger bags rather than more boxes. I'd have stayed with the brand if that were an option.

That I get what I pay for.
Package arrived crushed and the box was open at the bottom. I will probably use because it comes in a foil sealed bag that was not damaged.
