Well what can I say but great product. This retails at a high price and I got highly discounted on a mega sale. I would never buy at full price as product doesn't come with anything as described! I was worried about fitting it in my daughters room (she shares with her baby brother) but item isn't big and bulky but also isn't tiny. Its a great size. She loves the lights switches. Please be aware you will need to purchase furniture/curtains ect and this can get pricey. But overall very happy with it.

Bought this for my Grand Daughter. Comes empty. But has working lights. At 59 pound it was cheaper on Amazon than in other stores. I ended up spending in total about 150 pound buying a family and furniture to go inside the house. Although it was smaller than I thought and could have gotten away with a lot less furniture. I bought children's bedroom and double bedroom, think you only need one. Bought living room set and dining room set, again one would suffice. Starter pack was very good value though containing kitchen and bathroom furniture

The item arrived quickly and was in fabulous condition. I've purchased the cottage that goes with it before and the quality is great for the price. My daughter did end up breaking the door on the other cottage, but other than that one tiny thing, I would definately recommend these products.

Quite expensive when taking into account how many additional furniture sets have to be bought separately. But my child was over the moon. Excellent quality

I bought a playmobil house for my daughter which was really bad quality and had no features.I then purchased this house which fits perfectly with Playmobil furniture. This comes with lights and is the best ‘playmobil’ House that my daughter could ask for

Lovely item but a window fixture was missing. Please can you send this missing part as not wanting to return the whole house, will need dismantling. ? Many Thanks

brought this and a load of other Sylvanian bits for my granddaughter who is nearly 6 . I was not sure she would like it, thinking she may be to old, but I was wrong, she loves it and cannot get enough of it. She wants more and more bits so all in all was a good buy
