BRILLIANT INVENTION
I decided to go for it even though some reviews complaint about the product, well, I am far from joining them. I unpacked my new mop and bucket. I was pretty impressed how something so small has such a brilliant-mechanic idea to clean the floors. I followed up with the instructions which honestly is not that necessary since you can figure it out by observation, however it's good to read it once in order to know how the product works. Then you can throw the instruction away. Anyway...I am fascinated by how much fun I had mopping my floors. The Mastertop Spin mop and bucket works perfectly in a super easy-fun mechanism. Basically, you just put the mop (stick) together and you are all set to work. Poor the water into the bucket and add your favorite floor cleaner. I added Pine Sol because i like the smell of it. The mop has two tubes that attach to each other and you'll see the "lock" which later will make half of the job for you. Genius! put the fabric mop on the floor and then attach the stick to it, it will pop, almost as if you press against it until it pops in! then, introduce the mop in this circled like within the bucket and unlock the stick of the mop, then push the stick down and it spins like a ferry wheel. Weeeee!!! then you pull it back out and put it into the little metal basket and push the pedal located on the side as fast as you want and it spins drying the mop as much as you wish. It's magic! I had so much fun doing it. I don't have much of a life do I? :D :)

NEED REPLACEMENT PLUG
IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH WITH NO REPLY AND THIS SELLER DOESN'T HAVE CONTACT INFORMATION. I NEED A REPLACEMENT PLUG FOR THE BUCKET... HOW DO I GET THIS?I love how this mop and bucket combo works but the carrying handle doesn't stay secure and the drain plug got loose and i can't find it. I rated sturdiness low but if these things are fixed and secure it would have been a perfect rating. How do i get a new drain plug?

2nd purchase & changes
I wore the first bucket out, i try to do some maintenance on it and it started leaking. So I a bought 2nd one. Apparently there was some changes on the mop from the one I had purchase before. The bucket is the same. No problem, no issues. However the mop itself has been change. To unlock the handle for to spin ,you have to hold with hand or the handle will twist loose as well. Needs somehow where it locks in place when you twist the handle for it to unlock to spin. 2nd, it is more flimsy, can not use any pressure on the mop. If you have a spot on the floor that's need a little pressure to clean as an example. The mop bends when i apply a small pressure, afraid i will break it. It appears when they change the mop they made the handle thinner to save cost. The new mop is awfull. So I will look for a better mop. But I love the bucket.

Not So Great
This bucket and mop combination was new to me. I'd never seen a system where the mop is spun to wring out the water from it. I thought the price was good, so I decided to try it.It works pretty much as advertised. The mop heads are removable so you can replace them as they wear out, which saves you from having to buy a whole mop. This seems more economical. The mop works well enough. It holds plenty of water, so you can do a good job getting your floors wet and then mopping up the water. It makes the job more effective than some other systems.Wringing the mop out by spinning it is not quite as effective as the more usual system of being able to squeeze out the water. It's not too bad, but I would prefer to be able to get that last bit of water out of there. However, it still gets the job done. One star off for not being sturdy. On the first time I used the bucket, the handle came off as I was trying to pour out the water. I nearly wound up dumping the entire bucket onto the floor, which would have been a major problem for me. I was fortunate to catch it in time. The problem was that this bucket is made of plastic, and the handle is held on by what looks like rivets. The handle slipped off one of those rivets, allowing the bucket to fall suddenly. This really shouldn't have happened. I hadn't overfilled the bucket. I hadn't even used it before. I consider this a poor design.Overall, I would recommend this, but you have to watch out to ensure you don't lose control of the bucket.Update: I hadn't noticed that the bucket has a plug on the side. My cat, however, did notice it, and she managed to pull it out. I replaced it, but found that the bucket leaked. The plug was not damaged; it just didn't form a seal when I replaced it. I used hot glue to cement the plug in, which stopped the leak.I don't know why there's a plug there, but I think it's a bad idea. And if you're going to put a plug there, it should be easy to replace it and form a proper seal. This cost another star.Second Update: After using this for a year, I have to say that it doesn't work well. The bucket is not at all sturdy. The handle comes off at the slightest provocation. I'm never confident that I can carry the bucket with the handle, so I wind up trying to carry it without. This is awkward and unnecessary. The plug never did fit back into its hole. The hot glue seems to be keeping the plug from popping out, but again - I'm not at all confident that it will hold. The mop isn't very useful, either. For one thing, spinning the mop head doesn't do a good job of wringing out the water. For another, the mop head is on a sort of pivot which lets you hold the mop at an angle with the mop fully on the floor. This would be good, except that the pivot keeps moving, making it very difficult to get any leverage with it.All in all I regret buying this thing. It isn't well made, and the idea behind the design doesn't really work. I regret not just getting the usual bucket with a wringer, and an ordinary mop.Would not buy again. Would not recommend.

I ordered one, then I ordered another!
This is great! Everything about it. It actually makes you want to clean. It is convenient to use size wise, easy to use and a great asset to have in your home and a part of your cleaning routine. I initially ordered one for my business and then after trying another brand at home, ordered another one for my home. I am happy and highly recommend.

I loved the mop while it lasted.
I like that it did do a great job cleaning, while it lasted. However, the 6.5" plastic frisbee plate holding the microfiber mop developed a crack.Since the plastic broke within the one year warranty period, the amazing folks at Amazon offered to allow me to return this and reorder even though 9 months had gone by. So I upgraded to a 5 star rating based on amazon customer service and will reorder this item. Also need to be careful with the mop bucket plug as noted in other reviews as there is little tension holding it in place. When it comes loose, water can spill out of the bottom of the bucket onto the floor. After my first spill, I usually kept the bucket just partially filled and in an area where an accidental spill would not damage anything. I would give it 4.5 stars if the rating system allowed.
