Purchased item which when arrived was not compatible with gate. Returned item and over 6 weeks later have still not received refund.

They Don't Pair with Existing Remote Fob
WE bought 4 of these for our Spanish apartment complex gates, not one would pair with the existing remote fob we had. we have tried and tried again after resetting controls all as per the manufacturers instructions. We now have these controls which are worthless. Only put a 1 Star down as you cannot give them a ZERO.Be very careful as you could be wasting your money as I have read in many other blogs this is a common issue with these fobs.
