Vest to Invest In
I purchased the 12lb vest. I’m in my 60’s, 5’ 4”and 135lbs. This is a perfect addition to my gear collection for living well and sustaining a healthy level of fitness. It encourages posture and an attention to body awareness while adding weight that is hopefully improving bone density. I do not currently have any issues with bone health and only wish I bought the vest 10 years ago. Too bad doctors don’t have more of an interest in helping female patients address aging without pharmaceuticals. If they did, they’d be telling 30-40yr olds to strap this on. It’s comfy, sturdy and so far, withstanding of me hauling it around, tossing it down and putting it in and off for a year. Can’t go wrong unless you don’t try this now!

Great, comfortable vest!
I love this weighted vest. The hardest part was deciding what weight vest to go with. I am 5’7 130 pounds, and went with a 10 pound vest. I eased into it slowly by wearing it around the house in short bits of time and I’ve worked myself up to walking with it. This summer I will go on longer hikes with it. One added bonus is that I am sleeping better at night after using the vest on a daily basis!

Works great
This is a great vest. Working my way up to more weight but very comfortable and easy to use. Plus makes a difference cause I’m sweaty 🥵 after walking with it 😊. Definitely recommend.

Love this!
I love working out with this weighted vest. It fits well and is comfortable. It works better with low impact exercises, but I have used it during intense cardio workouts as well. It does make you extra sweaty. I liked that it had two straps especially for those with a large chest, however, because of that, one strap did break when I tried to loosen it. I do think it was meant for petite bodies. So I have it 4 stars for breaking within the first few times of wearing it.

Comfortable & secure fit without the smell!!!
Third try is a charm!!! This weighted vest has 2 buckles (more secure), a VERY comfortable & secure fit AND NO TAR SMELL!!!I had to return the other 2 vests due to smell especially; i was getting headaches.Highly recommend this vest!

12 pounds is legit
Love it. 12 pounds is heavier than I expected. I am a petite but in fairly good shape woman. 12 pounds is plenty for walking on my treadmill. Definitely elevates my walks.

Comfortable 6 lb Vest
Easy to use. Adjustable buckles. I’ve been using it to add into my walks and short runs. It’s comfortable to wear for both.
