See Update, not working as it should now
Update: this is my second full season to use this and my first week after not using for the spring and summer. Now the center rod won’t sit correctly and keeps unscrewing the cap that site on it and so the stir paddle barely moves and it pops the lid off.I use this in my bakery and it’s a great little machine. Easy use, easy clean. But the two side clips that clamp it down both broke in the first month I’ve had it. It still works but looks terrible with those hanging off the sides.

Won’t heat
I was excited to find this kitchen equipment. Unfortunately, after months of trying, I can not get the liquid, even water warmer than 42. How disappointing. I can not use it for my customers hot cocoa. I can set the temperature to 90, however, that won’t change the temperature.Today I’ve had the machine running since 10 am (3:00 now) and the temp is only 42. I started with room temperature water.Not happy.***UpdateI was contacted by the company. Informed to open the bottom panel and check the wires. I did so. All the wires were secure. Nothing was lose. I did not receive a reply back yet. I’m so disappointed. I bought this for my business. My customers want my hot chocolate. My only option at this point is to make one cup at a time. Very upset.

The large machine is too large for our coffee shop
The machine is working well, but I had ordered a small & the company said it would be weeks to get so they offered me a large - for same price. Nice BUT now I wish I had waited. The large is way too big. The amount we sell only requires we make a certain amount so the machine looks empty. Customers like our hot chocolate. Just wish I had the smaller one.

Bad product
The media could not be loaded. Everything is made of plastic and the metal when heated burns the chocolate and gives it a smoky smell and taste, I have tried several brands and products and they all burn even at lower temperatures and when cleaning it makes a crumb at the bottom difficult to clean.///Todo es de plastico y El metal cuando calienta quema el chocolate y le da un olor y sabor ahumado, ya intente con varias marcas y productos y todos los quema incluso bajando las temperaturas y al momento de limpiarlo se hace una maza en el fondo dificulta de limpiar

The costumer service, the 10L chocolate maker
The company got in touch with me before sending the product to make sure I knew what I was buying. They follow up to make sure I was satisfied. As the product was expensive they asked to get a signature instead of leaving it in the front door. I have tried the 10L chocolate maker and it works very well. I am very happy with my experience. Thanks so much, YUCHENGTECH.After using it two times it broke down, heating and turning unit stopped working. Too expensive for such a short life.

didn't work
right out of the box the heating element didn't work. But otherwise the unit was nicely packed and looked awesome. The spinning motor was a little noisy. We went back to using heating carafes

Did not like that I had to pre mix everything & then our into machine
