Gorgeous high quality faucet. I installed one in my home 3 years ago and it still looks and works like new. I bought this one for my daughter's kitchen remodel and she loves it. The polished nickel is beautiful and the height is perfect for our use in a kitchen sink with an opening to the living room right aver it. The last thing I want to look at from my living room is a big, tall industrial looking faucet. This is a medium height, contemporary style.

Would Buy Again :)
The hard part was finding adapters to supply the hot and cold water lines, so it was pretty easy to install. High quality unit, looks great on my black Blanco sink and Black Galaxy granite counter tops. Meets expectations, but doesn’t exceed any. Over a year and it hasn't suffered any problems, but maybe I don't rotate the neck enough to loosen whatever friction keeps it in place. It would suck to have it auto-center. The reach is quite generous, 20 inches of hose, plus the 6 inches of neck swivel, you can easily reach beyond the sink and fill buckets on the floor if needed.

A very well made faucet.
We have had the faucet for a couple of years. It works well and the spray nozzle size is perfect for washing. Too often the spray nozzle size is too small causing the water to splash everywhere. The product is very well made and I will use Hansgrohe for all of my other faucet replacement needs.

Outstanding Customer Service!
Update to original review: I have used this faucet for 3+ years now and love it! I had purchased the prep faucet for a bar sink and I'm currently ordering another for my laundry room makeover. This faucet is beautiful and feels solid. Plumber said this is an excellent brand & installation was very straight-forward. Had to return the first faucet I purchased which was an Amazon Warehouse Deal due to a small ding/dent in the neck. Thanks to Amazon's outstanding customer service, a replacement was delivered the following day! It was in perfect condition. Thank you! :)

Nice Faucet But With Cheap Pull-Down Hose
I bought this faucet to replace a Grohe Ladylux Cafe that failed only after 9 years. While I loved, loved the looks of the Ladylux Cafe, it had some major problems. First, the handle started making a cracking noise when I turned it to change temperature and it would pop out frequently revealing the white plastic joint/turning mechanism (that was making the cracking noise) -- highly unsightly -- and you couldn't pop it back in and have it stay. So, the white plastic joint was showing most of the time -- major eyesore. Then the (non-replaceable) membrane over the button to change between regular stream and spray disintegrated into bits only after a year or so, exposing all the little plastic parts underneath. Every time I turned on the sprayer it bothered me a lot to be able to feel the eaten-away rubber membrane and plastic parts. So, after springing a major leak after 9 years, as pretty as it looked when all was going fine, the Ladylux Cafe faucet had to go and was not going to be replaced with another. So, I bought this Hansgrohe Talis C Prep faucet it its place. It's as pretty as the Ladyluxe Cafe I'd say, and looks very similar. The finish is like a brushed steel and goes with all of my brushed nickel hardware just fine. The handle is more modern looking, but that's okay with me. The size and proportions are pretty much the same. Thankfully, the turning mechanism looks like it's made out of metal, and it turns solidly and quietly - yay! The button to turn on the sprayer is made out of metal (or maybe hard plastic that looks like metal -- I can't tell 100%) which will never develop the problems of the membrane on the Ladylux. Here's the bad, and why I knocked off 1 star. The hose connected to the pull-down faucet head is made out of the cheap-looking stuff that is normally found underneath the sink and out of sight. Except here, when someone doesn't put the faucet head all the way back, you can see it in plain sight in the middle of your sink on what is supposed to be a focal point of your kitchen -- it really bothers me. On the Ladylux, that hose was covered in solid metal, and looked high quality. Of course, I make sure the head always goes back all the way up, so I don't have to see it, but I can't say the same for my husband and kids. Hansgrohe, why did you skimp on this one spot? (Well, I know it's to save money, but when we're paying this much for a faucet, you shouldn't cut corners on something like this.) It really takes away from this product's looks Also, as some have mentioned, once you press the button to spray, it's on spray until you turn it off. The good thing is that you don't have to keep the button pressed the entire time you are spraying, which I'm pretty sure we had to do with the Ladylux, but you can't toggle back and forth. It's not a big deal because I have it on spray 99% of the time, but still. My mom's $100 pull down faucet can toggle -- why not this one?

Very elegant in our brand new kitchen
I love that this faucet only requires one hole in our stone counter, yet works terribly. Has all the features one could ask for, with a hose that stays hidden until you want to move the head around, and two modes where the water either pours out in a normal stream or sprays out like a shower to scrub dishes. We use both settings all the time, and you simply tap the button to change it.

Terrible quality. This is the 2nd Hansgrohe Talia Faucet we have owned and both times they have been faulty. The first one (3 years old) had holes that began forming in the hoses and water went everywhere and the most recent one (installed less than 6 months) has a broken cartridge and water pouring out the top on the counter and flowing down the hoses into the cabinet and all over the floor. Terrible!!

Dependable
This faucet is dependable and lasts for several years. Our first one lasted at least 10 years.
