GIve this a try and throw the other out.
I was skeptical like so many other people. I have been taking Allegra for 2 months with not much of a difference in my snotty sneezing. I had enough! I really appreciate all the people who leave honest reviews on Amazon. Because of the kind people who do so I decided to give this a try. After just one day of taking 2 in the morning and 1 at night I could tell a huge difference in my allergies. For the first time in years my nose wasn't stuffed and I could breathe. I am so happy that I tell everyone about Nettle. I also take Slippery Elm for my gastritis and OMGosh how it has made my life so much better. Thank you everyone and please keep posting. Great for allergies
This is a smaller capsule, easy to swallow. I don't really notice any flavor at all. I use these to keep my allergies at bay long term.

Cant go wrong with natures way, great brand
Seems to be working, pollen has been high, and has kept my allergies at bay, so we will see, but i am a firm believer in herbs, healed my stomach when younger from 13 years of pain.

Nettles ok?
I like the idea of taking nettles. I didn't notice any changes when I was taking it. I think I now take it in other formulas.
