Another great round for Invincible
My only gripe is these trades are slow to get collected. As usual, this is a lot of fun with Mark's dad finally escaping the aliens, Mark and Eve's relationship advancing, and more Kid Omni-man. Plus the alternate universe Invincibles looked incredibly cool.I also like Eve's scheme to monetize Mark's powers. It's ridiculous that more superheroes in the comic book world aren't doing something similar.

A bit inconsistent, but time travel makes me forgive a lot
This trade starts with a timey-whimey bang, which made my heart happy. Yeah, yeah, Mark and Eve are adorable, but I'm glad Kirkman managed to shove some plot into this story while the lovebirds enjoy their honeymoon phase. Also, Mark's new costume is growing on me.Speaking of awesome couples, Nolan + Allen the Alien is a fantastic team-up. Also, Battle Beast is ridiculous and I adore him. At least some characters are sticking to the main plot while Mark angsts around back on Earth.Mark definitely needs to start learning from his mistakes if he's ever going to grow into the hero he knows he should be. For example -- stop going into the white room! Though I'm not sure what the point of the Wolf-Man crossover was, I guess it was fun. I do appreciate how often this story reminds us how things in shades of gray. Heroes are sometimes not so heroic, and not all villains are the same.

Invincible is a solid story by an amazing Author
Compelling story of a boy who finds out he's an alien and has super powers trying to do right in a world full of wrong. Each of the characters has a solid story and I love any book where anyone is disposable.

Another strong volume.
Another strong volume with some outstanding individual issues. We had a great alternate-universe look at the Immortal, a Nolan, Allen, and Battle Beast team-up, and a lot more. Issue #58 was really cool; it acted as sort of a series-wide update on various smaller plot threads, which have implications for the future. And issue #59 was really strong in that Scott Duvall is a "villain" that just makes sense. Invincible has (inadvertently) caused a lot of destruction in his line of work. People have died. So the fact that there would eventually be dangerous fallout from that fact makes total sense. Solid issue, and solid volume.

volume to volume
Same as the previous books, just when you're getting bored, the page turns and you're back on the edge of your seat.
