A good phone, easy to set up, no problems so far and none expected. I'm too old to play games and stream and all that business so I can't comment on the phones ability to cope with those. However, it does everything it says it does.

Great phone for the money, was bought for my son & he loves it!! I have since bought another for my daughter who also loves it. They both had iPhone 8 & 12 previous to this & they prefer these to the iPhone.

Had this phone for over a week now. Very pleased with it. The charge lasts 2 days, is easy to use and is great value for money. It can hold a large amount of apps due to phone space and can do everything a samsung double the price can. It has a large screen so check that's what you want before buying. Great screen quality, can run lots of things at once, and is fast.Only down points - the camera isn't as good as I expected, this is a higher mp than my last phone so was expecting a big change in camera quality. It's good, but not as good as expected, maybe my own fault. Also the screen is quite bright, even on the lowest brightness setting. Not a problem but I like a low light at night. You can't get loads of cases for this model, only several on Ebay and Amazon but check the model number because an a10 case has buttons in a different location and no fingerprint scanner.The phone takes longer than my last samsung to fully charge, but it lasts a lot longer too.Really pleased with my purchase and I would recommend. Very happy.

Easy to use and good quality phone, needed a new phone and didn't want to spend a fortune, this is a great phone, no problems transferring all data for old Samsung to this one. would recommend..

Bought this on the 15th Nov.Initially it took 24hrs to charge,charging very slowly.Over the last 10 days or so, wont charge, tried 3 different adaptors all samsung compatible, will charge at times maybe 5 percent if I am lucky in 5 hours.Unacceptable as I really need my phone for work as I work in social care and need the app on my phone to work.Have contacted the seller 4 days ago still waiting on a result.Have had to fork out another 150 pound at this time of year as I need a phone.Not acceptable, need a refund.

Good product, good value for money,nice thickness not to thick, don't know if face recognition will work as my phone uses fingerprint recognition. All in all a good screen saver.

So the phone is actually really good for its price. Considering that its the cheapest mid-range phone that Samsung provides, its really good however you might want to consider alternatives such as the Huawei Pros or Motorola Gs.Its an import phone from Malaysia, which doesnt have any impact whilst using it, apart from maybe the intial message you get from Lycamobile Sims.It is fairly laggy for a phone, which I don't like (maybe import idk). Face Recognition is quite slow and has no depth sensor, which I would expect in a budget phone.The fingerprint scanner is the best for its price, out of any phone I have had and the battery can last over a day even with my contant use.
