As my feet can be so painful, but I enjoy long daily walks with my dog and see myself as active, I really needed some high quality insoles. (The one pair from the orthotics service not being enough.) These are the closest I can get to my NHS pair and they are absolutely excellent. They reduce pain in the sensitive places and provide support where it's needed. What a relief!

Well made. Fitted perfectly inside my size 7.5 shoes and were comfortable enough that I quickly forgot I was wearing them. I was recommended to use them by the Physio at my GP surgery as my achilles tendon was causing me a lot of pain: apparently it will take up to 6 weeks before I know if they're enough to cure the problem on their own, but it certainly doesn't seem to me that I'll have any difficulty giving them that six week trial.

Not had chance to use them much at the moment, but have worn the insoles a few times and the first time putting your feet in feels a bit odd with the padded section in the center. But after wearing a few minutes and getting used to them I forgot all about it. They did help with my walking and felt over time hopefully they will help. They are a little narrow at the toe end across where the ball of your foot goes and I was concerned I would feel this on waking. When I put them in my shoes they did not touch the sides at the toe end. But once my foot was in I never even felt or noticed anything.

...for decades I’ve suffered from extreme “flat feet” and walking is always agony.Whenever I’ve met up with friends and there’s been walking involved I’ve had to return home due to blisters, sore ankles, and skeletal agony.In my days of playing footy, tennis..., I used to wonder how everyone else coped playing a sport, believing it was natural.Over the decades I’ve tried various insoles, not one has ever helped, however, these, thus far, seem almost miraculous. Not only are they comfortable but for the first time in my life, I can stand on one leg. Why wouldI want to stand on one leg? I was delivered by stork, of course. As well as practising martial arts, yoga, qigong, I’ve been that one person without any balance, being told to hold on to a wall or radiator, feeling as embarrassed as the class dunce.At long last, walking is a pain-free experience - I can even stand on one leg until cramp sets in.I imagine that is have been able to last the 90 minutes on the football field had these been available, rather than pleading due to my feet bleeding and that awful ankles agony.I guess I don't write that many reviews, however, I feel I need to spread the joy to the world that these are a real benefit for those poor soles that require some TLC.These are a genuine game-changer.I will be ordering more.

The prominent bulge behind the ball of the foot behind the 2nd and 3rd toes is uncomfortable. The arch support is good. I have a different calzone that is only medium arch support which is better though one of my feet really wants a high arch support...

The insole works extremely well, I bought the higher ones and they help even more.

Awful ,due to that pad in the middle , extremely painful to walk with ,gave it a few days and walked my dogs a few miles , nearly crippled me , you cannot cut the pad out ,as it would ruin the insole, i did not have to trim these so it wasnt as though the pad was in the wrong place never again in the bin, terrible design
