Q: If i want an xxxl size wich one should i choose?

Well, i normally wear an 11. But in this pantie I would need a 12 or 13. I normally wear a size 24 in womens clothing.

Q: Do these panties come up to your waist or are they more to the hip below the navel?

More to the hip below the navel although it depends on what size you get. I go bigger so I'm more comfortable but I love these panties.

Q: I keep trying to add to cart and it says to pick a size. I did though.

They don't read the size. They send out any old size.

Q: Do you get the colors shown?

I bought packs for my Mom, Sister and I, all were these colors. They are more quite as bright as these, a little softer in color. We all love them.
