Despite being almost 70 years old, I’ve decided to eat and live a cleaner lifestyle. Since I cook daily, I decided to do away with much of my plastic food storage containers and buy these double duty dishes. I even ordered a set for my brother who’s likeminded. Sadly, my smallest dish came with a small chip on its rim. I contacted the seller on Thanksgiving Day (never dreamed they’d respond before the following Monday) and got an answer the very same day.They asked that I take a picture of the damaged dish, register my purchase, and give my email and shipping address and they’d replace it. It couldn’t get any easier than that! Within days I was happily putting leftovers in ALL my dishes!I keep the damaged dish where no one but me uses it, and the spare lid fits perfectly in a drawer to be a quick and handy cutting board!BUT WAIT…that’s not all! Within days, I received my weekly Casey Means newsletter highlighting a suggested gift list for cleaner eating and living. She’s the author of Good Energy, a life changing book. THESE DISHES ARE ON HER LIST! I was overjoyed to see that not only did I select a company that makes an excellent product for me personally and the environment, but a company that truly knows the meaning of customer satisfaction!Actually using the dishes is a joy. They store neatly in my slide out cabinet shelf, the lids are easily used and removed, and they stack beautifully in my fridge, showing their contents without the guessing game of leftovers stored in plastic ware! I consider these my Mary Poppins dishes…practically perfect in every way!

The set of glass containers with bamboo lids are great. I bought them for leftovers and food prep. I was concerned about continuing use of plastic containers, so I got these. When they arrived the largest one was broken. I reached out to the seller. Today I received a replacement. I am very happy with my containers and the response from the seller. I used some of the containers for leftovers tonight. As far as the quality of the containers, the glass is thick. The bamboo lids fit tightly. Ten out of ten.

I bought these and have been consistently using them since 2020! Only now are the lids finally starting to crack and show their age, I think four years is pretty impressive :)Just returned here to see if they sold replacement lids and unfortunately looks like a negative on that one… if that ever changes I’ll be first in line!

I hesitate to write a negative review when I receive something from Amazon that is broken in transit, because that is not generally the manufacturer's fault, but a fault of the packing or handling. However, these were packed snugly, and obviously by the manufacturer. I should have read the reviews here about the glass chipping/breaking, as I can attest that is a real problem. 2 of the 4 glass containers had big chips in the rims (unusable), and shards of glass all over the box. I was so excited to get these, as we are trying to limit our use of plastic around food, but the quality of the glass seems to not be great. I do appreciate they have a "returnless refund" policy, but returning them would not be a problem for me. I just want to get some intact containers. I would like to get more of these, but I am hesitant. I think I'll give it another try.......

These are very nice! I feel so much better finding non toxic kitchen storage items. Very easy to clean. Glass is thick and feels substantial. Tops are great. Too soon to comment are wearability.

I've used glass food storage for years, but the plastic lids aren't healthy. When I found these I was hopeful. At first i loved them, they are beautiful and I love the concept. But there are concerning flaws. The glass breaks very easily, especiallythe rim. You have to be extremely careful, which we are, only adults in the house, no kids. But one tap against a mug in the dishwasher and they shatter. I've never had this issue with any other food safe glass. Second, you must wash the wood lids by hand. We've never put them in the dishwasher, or soaked them, but they are already wearing out. Lastly, we remove the rubber seal to wash by hand each time to ensure there is no hidden build up and they are wearing out as well, which causes the seal to be weak. So, for all the coddling one has to do, convenience is lost and it's not worth it.

The lids do not seal. Simple as that.

I’ve had these several weeks now and am still happy. I know several reviews said they developed mold inside the lids but I haven’t had that issue. Important things to keep in mind with wood/bamboo kitchenware though: do no soak it, do not leave it in the fridge for weeks, when you clean it make sure it dries completely before putting away, additionally for these in particular I don’t recommend storing them between uses with the lid sealed on juuust incase they weren’t completely dry when you put them away. Trapped, warm moisturize is where that mold is most likely coming from. Again. I loved these so much I just ordered another set.
