Very Sturdy
I had one stud that I could get three of the six beefy #12 screws that came with into. But the due to the mounting plate design, three needed to go in drywall. The instructions tell you to use Toggler Snaptoggle anchors in drywall. I looked them over in Home Depot, and was not comfortable with them. But I took a liking to Cobra’s Walldriller Plus #12 anchors. (Can’t seem to find them on Amazon). I was pleasantly surprised at how strong they are, and made the install rock solid. Finish on this fixture is very good, and the materials have a sturdy feel. It is nice that it can be flipped up as my bathroom is small. I’m was finding as the years pass, I was having a harder time getting up off the can, so this helps significantly, and I know it will benefit others.

Perfect railing to use as a handicap assistance in bathroom recently purchased for my 82-year-old mother-in-law and installed works as it should

Great Grab Bar
Worth every penny. very sturdy. I had my local carpenter install the bar to meet ADA Standards. What I find so great is it folds up against the wall. So when I am out of the cast and no longer needed the bar I can just flip it up out of the way. But even if I always keep it down it looks great.

Grab bar does not stay upright
When push the grab bar up vertically, it does not stay up but flop down unexpectedly, this can bee a hazardUpdated: received email from the seller HALBH who graciously offers a full refund.The seller/manufacturer advised me to 1/ reinstall the bar 2/ add a clamp via a web link (someone named Stephanie ) but the 2 weblinks did not work.Would the seller/manufacturer kindly re-send me the WRITTEN instructions of both 1/ and 2/ INSTEAD of the weblinks. Thank you in advance as the toilet grab bar is the right size for our bath.Update on February 2024: the Seller sent me the instructions in Word and the video . I had the 2 screws tightened and voila: the toilet bar now stays up when flip up. We are happy with the 2 toilet grab bars

Mollyboly problem
The molly bolts don't secure in a standard drywall. I had to go to Home Depoe and get standard drywall thickness molly bolt. wasted an hour doing that. other than that, it's a very good product.

Extremely sturdy
I mounted the grab bar into wood stud/backing (not just anchor bolts). It is extremely sturdy with absolutely no wiggle. I highly recommend.
