Great Idea
What a Great idea!! In fact its stuck on the kitchen window. I bought this so the pigeons dont get to the food so mainly for smaller birds. the circular design and being able to attach it to most places on the window also helps with the bigger birds not wanting to even try. But saying that Magpies hanging upside down still can chomp their way thru the seeds. I had no problem with the suction or anything just make sure the window is clean first. But a really lovely product and would highly recommend.

nice but not magpie proof
Bought this as thought the magpies wouldn’t be able to get at the seed - how wrong was I. looks nice on the conservatory, took a while for small birds to use but the suction power not good and easily dislodges . Will persevere with the hope it stays stuck to the window.

Pigeon proof, however they keep trying !
Nice neat bird feeder. No little birds yet, but they'll come.

Not recommended
This product is supposed to stuck itself on glass for feeding birds. Product don't have any suction power at all. It won't attached to the glass as much as I tried. As soon as it was assembled and I tried putting it on the glass, suction failed and the whole thing fell on the ground. I would have returned it if it's not broken. Waste of money I say. Don't look like it was advertise as well. Not recommended.

No instructions about how to attach to window
This is a lovely looking bird feeder but I too (having read some other reviews) couldn’t attach it successfully to the window as it immediately fell off.It was disappointing but before sending it back I googled tips for using the suction cups, and discovered:a) the window must be clean and dry (outdoor windows often not clean or dry)b) the suctions cups must be clean and dryc) you need to press hard on the suction cups for at least 15 seconds to ensure a vacuum is createdd) a little bit of Vaseline round the rim will help keep it attachede) you use the little tags on the suction cups to remove themI tried again inside my kitchen window and it stuck so well to the window it was hard to remove it. I’m a bit surprised that the sellers haven’t responded to criticism of this product by posting some instructions? Maybe it will seem obvious if you know this but I didn’t.Now I’m going to try again on the outside window and hope some little birds will turn up - I think they can perch on the edges and dip inside for the seeds, but don’t know how successful it will be. Thought I’d post this for anyone else as ignorant as me to save disappointment or breakage of item through frustration.

Very strong feeder.
This is the second feeder of this make I have bought and highly recommend it.My first feeder was put on a holiday home in Cornwall 2yrs ago which faced all types of elements and is still in place. It is easy to fill and is lovely to watch the small birds feed.

Works a treat
The media could not be loaded. After reading a few of the reviews on here before buying I was a bit dubious however the issue with my old window box was pigeons and squirrels and other larger birds eating all the seeds. This one works a treat, with none of the bigger birds managing to land anywhere in it to get at the feed. Issues described by others re the suckers, simply make sure the window and suckers are clean, put the suckers on a radiator for a min or two to warm them up and make them more pliable, then a wee bit of water on them and push them on from the centre forcing the water out to the edges. Since i stuck mine down over a month ago, its not come unstuck!. Only 4 stars as one of the wee plastic bits that holds the sucker to the feeder broke slightly, probably more to do with me but they are a bit delicate, and they are difficult to into place.

Excellent bird feeder
Such fun to watch the blue tits pick out their favourites from the mixed bird feed I use for this feeder. I change the feed every 5 days or so. This feeder is excellent for the small birds and so far the squirrels and pigeons have left it alone
