This is 100% 5 Stars. It is easy to clean, had no issues removing the tray and grating the items was cake. I used yesterday to grate an English cucumber and had no issues. The best part was the tray took care of the mess so I did not have to do a double cleanup. My only complaint is the price. I just think the price is too high but other items similar to this while may be cheaper you have to hold it over the container it comes with making it not as easy. If I were to need another one I would say the cost semi justifies how well it work.

I didn’t realize some of the sides had places you could thinly slice veggies, cheeses, etc. it’s like having a mandolin slicer too. And the lid at the bottom lets you collect your food without making a mess. I’ve enjoyed Rachel’s kitchen tools for years. I love them all.

I love the color and how easy it is to use! I throw this in the dishwasher to clean. I really like that it’s super easy to store, I kept the outer wrap showing which side does what to keep it all together.

I am a devout Rachael Ray follower and watch a lot of her shows, past and present. In one episode of 30MM, she was using an old box grater and commented that she loves it but no one makes them the same way anymore, and that she was working on creating her own kind. I'd realized a while before this that I needed one but never found one like those she has used (which seemed very useful). After that episode, I looked on Amazon and found this one! I have used this several times now and it beats any grater I have had in the past. The four sides have plenty of shredding/grating options and the pull-out box makes it super easy to collect, dump, and clean. Cleaning the device is simple and it doesn't require a lot of scrubbing, and as of now, I have not had issues with food getting stuck. I have not used the hand protector yet but like that it came with the option. I'm very happy with this purchase!

You have to push hard to get grater to work, but it’s a good concept just needs sharper grates

I saw Rachel Ray use this on her show and I immediately looked for it on Amazon. After 40 years in the kitchen, why didn't I have one of these sooner. Much easier to use than my old one. Clean up is so easy and it's so much safer. Not so many shredded fingers. And why didn't I come up with this idea! Thanks, Raquel Ray!

I bought this grater for the slicer blade especially. The first thing I sliced on it was a cooked potato. Needless to say the blade broke off of the cage of the grater. Yes, I could still use if I held it up with my finger from inside the grater. Very disappointing. The rest of the grater is amazing. I love it. I would say 40.00 is a big investment. I am returning mine for another one. I know that it most likely was a bad manufacturing as all Rachael's tools are amazing. Be careful with the slicer side. And as someone else mentioned, the finger guard doesn't really work. It doesn't hold the food. This is why I give it a 3 star.

I wish I had bought this sooner. Love that when I use it every thing drops in it till I am done , easy to ease in dishwasher, but also easy to hand wash
