Enhanced Protection and Comfort for Braces: Sonic Dental Comfort Guard
I recently tried the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard, a lip shield and mouth guard designed specifically for individuals with braces, and I am impressed by the enhanced protection and comfort it provides during orthodontic treatment. This innovative dental accessory has significantly improved my braces-wearing experience, and here's why I highly recommend the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard:One of the standout features of the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard is its thoughtful design tailored for individuals with braces. The lip shield provides a protective barrier between the braces and the inner lips and cheeks, helping to prevent irritation, cuts, and discomfort that can often occur from the sharp edges of orthodontic appliances. This feature is especially beneficial for those in the initial stages of braces treatment when the mouth is more sensitive to friction. The mouth guard component of the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard offers additional protection for the braces and teeth, particularly during physical activities or sports where there is a risk of impact or injury. The guard is lightweight and flexible, allowing for a comfortable fit over the braces without interfering with speech or breathing. It provides peace of mind knowing that my braces and mouth are shielded from potential damage.I found the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard to be easy to use and maintain. The guard is made of durable and high-quality materials that are easy to clean and disinfect, ensuring optimal oral hygiene while wearing braces. The design allows for a secure fit that stays in place during daily activities, providing continuous protection and comfort throughout the day.The Comfort Guard is suitable for individuals of all ages who wear braces, making it a versatile and practical accessory for orthodontic patients. Whether you are a teenager or an adult undergoing orthodontic treatment, the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard offers a solution to common issues associated with wearing braces, such as discomfort and oral injuries. In conclusion, the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard is a game-changer for individuals with braces, offering enhanced protection, comfort, and peace of mind during orthodontic treatment. If you are looking for a reliable and effective solution to alleviate braces-related discomfort and protect your oral health, I highly recommend the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard. It has made a significant difference in my braces-wearing experience, and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Doesn't work. Don't waste your money.
Don't waste your money! I bought this in desperation while buying many other products to relieve my pain and discomfort after getting braces at age 55. First of all, it took forever to arrive. (I've honestly forgotten how long because so much time has passed, but about two weeks.) There are so many problems. The biggest problem is the device is straight and your mouth is not and, while the device is flexible, it doesn't hold its shape when molded. So it tries to pull away at the outer edges of the curve of your mouth. This flaw is especially pronounced if you trim it (in case where you only want to cover a portion of your brackets. In my case, only the front four brackets were bothering me but there was no way this would work on anything less than the whole set of brackets.) Second, it just doesn't hold strong enough. It keeps trying to pull away from the brackets (probably because the device is straight and your mouth is curved). Third, unless your teeth are straight, it simply won't work. In my case, they are not straight and some are titled in and the cover doesn't have enough "give" to fit on anything but a perfectly curved mouth where all the brackets are lined up. I'm going to see if I can get my money back because it was not cheap.

Love these, not for everyone, will work well if your teeth are generally horizontally aligned
EDIT: 2016-02-09I just pushed my review up to 5 stars. These are by far the best item I've purchased to help me get through the braces experience as a adult. Key still is the ability to get it on your braces which needs your teeth to line up well horizontally. I'm one year in and I wear this every night to keep from getting lips torn up over night when sleeping. I generally don't have problems during the day with the braces hurting my lips but when it does I will snap it in and it helps greatly. I keep one at home for sleeping and one my briefcase. Easy to clean with toothbrush and water. Easy to toss and replace if it gets too dirty. These may not be for everyone but I've not touched one drop of wax or tried to remove wax from my braces since the day I started using these. At the price, 11 bucks shipped, it is well worth giving them a try if you think they might help you. If not, on to the next idea. Keep trying you will find something which works for you.ORIGINAL BELOW:These work well if your teeth line up horizontally well. I can get mine on around 3/4 of my mouth except for my very rear teeth which seem to jut up from the tooth in front of them. I trimmed it to fit about that size and they work out well on those days when it seems like they are eating the insides of my lips. In the front they work great for me. I should add, I'm an adult so my teeth are generally pretty straight and we are just moving teeth horizontally so this product fits my use case well. If your teeth and the braces bracket which hold the wire are up and down these will not work well for you.

Not for brass instrument players
Good idea, but not quite successful in execution. Too bulky to allow a tight ambisure while playing French horn. Hard to put on and remove.
