They're made well but they're kinda small for your shoe!

They where fine I just can’t do it, I thought the small boost would be worth the… small amount of discomfort, it wasn’t I don’t want to mess up my back trying to walk with these in my shoes all day.

After hip replacement I needed to put lifts in all my right shoes and boots. I tried quite a few, and they all performed what they were made for, to lift my foot. Some were hard, but ok, some were a little more “pliable”, which was good, but these SOLE lifts are silicone (or silicone-like) and come in layers, each with a peel-and-stick on one side, so you just keep peeling and sticking until you get to the height you want. They are soft and comfortable. The only downside is that I thought I was getting 2 lifts and the package only performed for one. I will buy again, though, for the convenient installation and comfort.

Ordered by recommendation from my Ortho team when I was having acute therapy on a permanent rod fusion on my knee. Excellent that we were able to choose the proper lift so that I didn't have to swing my leg out to the side when walking.It was amazing that Amazon was able to get this to me in one day?

Terrible support doesn't stay in place and causes heel and back pain. These are no where as good as Welnove Shoe Inserts.

I don’t know why I never tried this before, but after I was informed from a client to try this to align my hips because my left leg is shorter than my right. Product has 3 levels of height and you can stack and reuse each strip. Wash off with water, let dry and the sticky back is reusable. I placed them under the shoe insole, so you don’t notice it’s there, and when you put on the shoe you won’t be able to move it. It’s perfect! My back pain stopped, my knees don’t ache. Problem solved and I plan to buy more to add to my other pairs of shoes.
