Hoping this helps me and my senior dogs.
I have not had this long enough to know if it will help. I have heard great things about Chrominex 3+ in that it helps with inflammation and pain from arthritis and also helps with weight loss. I think it also helps the immune system. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, which is an autoimmune disease that affects the joints. Having had problems with prescription medications, I am hoping this will be helpful. Two of my dogs are seniors, one with some pretty bad arthritis, so this may help her as well.

A Better Form of Chromium
I use this to supplement my keto diet (cravings, weight loss, blood sugar, etc..) I make sure not to exceed the recommended dosage because chromium can have undesirable side effects and the body only needs it in trace amounts. However, this supplement has a safer type; trivalent chromium that I personally trust more. I like the fact that it includes Shilajit extract.
