My teen is an extremely heavy sleeper and I used to spend a solid thirty minutes yelling to get them out of bed each morning. They would set multiple alarms on their phone and sleep through all of them, even though I could sometimes hear them from the other room. The daily yelling ritual caused a lot of stress and resentment for both of us. This alarm clock has ended that nightmare. My kiddo loves it and the new level of responsibility and independence has increased their confidence.The combination of the loud alarm and the vibrating pod gets them up easily and consistently with no involvement from me. (It's been several weeks since purchase, and the effectiveness has not diminished.) The large numbers in the display are helpful for my teen who is extremely nearsighted, and they really enjoy the multiple color choices for the nightlight. The ability to adjust the brightness of the display from extremely bright to barely visible is also a wonderful option. The ability to choose between 12-hour cycles and a 24-hour cycle (military time) may be a desirable option for some users.The controls and setting it up were not entirely intuitive and I did have to read the instructions. Once the initial set up was completed and the controls were familiarized, it's very easy to use. I would definitely buy this clock again and recommend it to others.

The alarm is loud and the shaker is strong. Easy to set up. Works as advertised so far.

The clock has a descent alarm. But not sonic. The pillow rumble device a good idea. I’m just not sure anything less than Gatorade on ice will wake him up? I’m tempted! lol!

Update: After writing the below review I reached out to the company to see if I could replace the broken buzzer wire. They quickly replied that because I was within their warranty window, they would ship a replacement clock and buzzer straight away! Thank you! We're now back in business with a teen who wakes when the alarm goes off. Excellent customer service, and I wrapped the wire with tape for strength where it attaches to the buzzer this time. Lesson learned! I've upgraded my review to 5 stars.I bought this for my teen son in late Feb 2022, and it really works! The buzzer under the pillow forces him awake like no other alarm! However, the cord coming from the buzzer is quite stiff, not supple. So, half way through the summer (2022) the plastic around the wire had broken and exposed the copper wires underneath. Now it's unusable and hanging together by a thread. Although the alarm still works, without the buzzer my son won't wake up. I can't find warranty info but will reach out to the manufacturer to see if they'll help with a solution for the broken wire. I wish they hadn't used such stiff plastic on the wire coating! If they support this product and help I'll return to update my rating. Truly, it's a fantastic unit as long as that skinny little wire is never moved...

I've had this for less than two years and it's just not holding up - the buzzer - which is the ONLY thing that wakes m up - stopped working months ago and now the clock time isn't working. Of course I dont still have the box so can't contact the company. BUT - other that these issues: I am very hard of hearing and it got so bad in the last year that I could not hear an alarm clock when my hearing aids are out at night. This said "loud alarm" so I bought it. The alarm is still not loud enough for ME when hearing aids are out since my hearing is almost nill-but it has an attachment that vibrates and that works great for me. I set the buzzer next to my pillow and it wakes me up every time! You can set it to make a buzzing sound or vibrate or both. - which is great. The buzzer is like one of those buzzers you get at restaurants to vibrate when your table is ready. It comes with two USB ports on the back but the clock is very light weight, and with 4 cords coming out of the back it's a bit messy. If you need LOUD - get this clock. When my hearing aids are IN - the alarm is LOUD! But I don't sleep with them IN

Pros: 1. Price 2. Multi color display to adjust to anyone's liking 3. Setup is very easy. 4. Vibration tool works great. Other reviews say they put it under their pillow. I actually put it in between my mattress and box spring and it still does the job.Cons. 1. Does not display the date. 2. You can only set one alarm. 3. I wish the button to turn the alarm on/off was on the front or top, but it on the back.Other than that I still love this alarm. With it Vibration feature it wakes me up easily as I am hard of hearing from my right ear, and its price point is pretty great too compared to other alarms with this feature... Even with the cons I have mentioned I am still happy with my purchase...

My 84 year old mom wears hearing aids and can't hear the regular alarm clock when she's sleeping without the aids. We had an old fashioned bell ringing clock, but it broke. This one isn't that loud really, but that shaker, wow! Genius! Even on the bedside table, the rattling it makes is intense. That noise she can hear! Under the pillow it's easy to feel also, but she prefers the shaker on the table, to hear the rattling noise.
