I have arthritis in my knee and have to tape it a very specific way 24/7 as I go through the process of losing weight. You can feel how high quality this tape is immediately when you touch it. It's just has a a much more premium feel than KT brand name, and especially the knockoffs you can find on here. It sticks really, really well. Stays in for up to five days for me with minimal edge peeling. Tips: always round the edges to keep them from peeling up under clothes. And only remove this stuff in a warm shower because it sticks like crazy. I like to use a cheap bottle of conditioner, let it soak in, and then peel it off at the end of my shower.This stuff is a steal for the price and quality

Amazing product! This is the best KT tape. It works very well and doesn't irritate my skin like Hampton Adams and other brands. It may be funny, but I can sleep with this tape on without any discomfort. I love it!

This product works great. I ordered it after I took a 5 hr. Course on Kinesio taping. Utilizing my new skills on my high schooler. Who over does it with wrestling and weight lifting. My son says he feels the support and asks me to reapply when parts come off as he is getting ready for weightlifting season.

I have plantar fasciitis.And I have found that if I use this tape just after the knuckle after the big toe and wrap there with the amount of tape shown.I can get through my day without too much pain.It seems to help for myself.This tape is great! I change it daily. I highly recommend it
