My First Book of Shapes

Tiny
Didn't expect it to be so small but it serves its purpose. I suppose it's suitable for tiny hands.

My son loves this book
I used the product to teach my son about shapes and colors. He would always pick out this book out of the other ones. I'd read the book to him about 3 to 6 times a day. He enjoys it. Thank you for letting me purchase the book for my son.

Small and Christian
Small like the other reviews mentioned. Was not actually a big deal to me that it was this small, and obviously I didn't read the dimensions or the reviewsMy only problem is that for star, the real world example they use is "Christmas Star".I work in a Jewish preschool, so obviously I do not want a mention of Christmas in my classroom. But even more than that, there are so many things that are star shaped. They could have used a star cookie, a star in the sky, a sea star, etc. So many other examples that would not have unnecessarily included religion in a shapes book. And yes the let's review / let's revise is also a very stupid mistake.Obviously I'm returning this

Too expensive
MSRP is $1.99, so don’t pay more than that. It’s small (approximately 3x3)

Very small books
I ordered three titles of these books. They were surprisingly small and one had a word error... at the end instead of “let’s review” it said, “let’s revise” - I thought that was odd. Otherwise colorful and easy for small hands to handle.

Price for this book for $1.99 in 2019
This book has the price on the back listed as $1.99. Don’t pay $5 for this book. It is tiny. It is about the same size as my one-year-olds hand. It is not exciting and it doesn’t hold my one-year-olds attention. There is one example of each shape and some are boring, obvious, or even things a baby might not understand. Circle is a ball; square is a photo frame; rectangle is an envelope; crescent is a croissant. Can we use more exciting examples? Circle can be a doughnut , flower or pizza. A square could be building blocks, a box or a Lego. A rectangle can be a chocolate bar, a wagon, or a cereal box.

DO NOT BUY!
This book is super tiny....like itsy-bitsy. It looks like something meant for a dill. The one I was sent is definitely USED! The white of the book is FADED and the spine is scuffed. The last page is written incorrectly. Instead of the word 'review' they wrote 'revise'. These words have two completely different meanings! What a waste. Amazon should immediately pull this from their site.

Small and loved
It is a very small book, but my 2 year old loves it! He has learned all the shapes from it and he loves to go and read it "by himself".
