these do the trick with nice warm pressure for the arch of my foot. They are fairly easy to use , but The power cords are short so I have to position myself with my feet close to the power source. I do use them even though it’s awkward because in the end it’s worth it!

This is the second style of ankle heater I have purchased on Amazon and it is a good one. The first type was as good unit but the Velcro was way too weak and wouldn't stay on, this one has a much more aggressive Velcro and is much more secure. ( Has 2 points of attachment as well) It also has a larger heating area. May not be the robust build quality of traditional heating pads but I do like it's light weight. Plus I think it has done a better job at controlling my ankle pain / swelling because of the better fit.

This product was absolutely awful. It burned the back of my foot.

I loved this because while it was made for ankle, it us clear where the heating element is & can be manipulated in different ways to use on top of foot, under the foot, around the Achilles tendon as well as trapezoid or really anywhere. It just doesn't cover a large area all at once. Absolutely great for the price.

Very easy to use. It can get very very hot on the part that touches your skin so be careful. The only part I don't like is that it constantly needs to be plugged up to heat, therefore limiting where you can put your leg up as it has to be near a socket or a extension cord.

I’m recovering from left foot ankle surgery and this works perfectly, it also helps with the pain from my bone spur in my right foot heel. But the cord to plug it in is too short to lay on the bed or sit on my recliner.

A bit difficult to place over the foot and ankle; however, after the first time, it is easier. Does get hot, as it should.
