A waste of money

I suffer from multiple joint pains from playing too much sport when I was younger and am always on the lookout for something that can help.This Trans Resveratrol comes in capsules which are easy to swallow with no taste. Trans is much more easily absorbed into the body, so you should see benefits quicker, and it's more efficient. You only need take one per day, so you effectively get 3 month's supply, a reasonable price.There are many claimed benefits for Resveratrol, but I was looking mainly at the joint pain and blood pressure reducing qualities. I've not got high blood pressure, but it's not as good as when I was young, so I regularly take a reading and can tell if something is having a positive affect.After two weeks I can't say I've had much luck with joint pain (maybe it's too early for that) but my blood pressure has consistently dropped slightly. Not highly scientific and possibly more expensive than taking garlic capsules which I've found to be effective too.These have 150mg per capsule. You can get 500mg trans resveratrol but the ones I've tested were £35 for 2 months, so these are lower priced but much lower dose. 900mg/pound, compared to 870mg/pound for the higher strength with fewer in the pack.

Firstly I accept that trans-resveratrol may not be some wonder product to guarantee long life. There is evidence that it might - might - help a little. And I'm cool with that. I'll give it a go as there is little to suggest any issues.And capsules are the best way to get it because the powdered stuff makes anything it's put in taste as bitter as my ex-wife. Your morning porridge or oats will be ruined.So, these capsules neatly avoid that problem and I usually down one with my morning drink. Happy days.

These Trans-Resveratrol 150mg 90 Capsules are a reasonable size to swallow and a convenient way to take Trans Resveratrol supplement. The capsules are suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians. Each capsule contains 150mg of Trans Resveratrol which, in this case, comes from Japanese Knotwood which is well known to have a high concentration of Trans Resveratrol, especially in the roots. Recommended dose is one or two capsules a day, so with 90 capsules in the pack it will last a good length of time. Expiry date on my pack says January 2023. Although I can't see anywhere the purity of the Trans Resveratrol, this pack represents good value and a convenient way to take the supplement compared to other supplement providers I've seen.
